| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدي جاهزية مكتبات مصر العامة لدعم الاستراتيجية الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي، فضلا عن دورها في دعم السياسات والاستراتيجيات الوطنية الأخرى بمصر، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الميداني لحصر مكتبات مصر العامة بكافة فروعها، بالإضافة إلي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الوضع الحالي للمكتبات ومدي جاهزيتها من ناحية الموارد البشرية والمادية والميزانية والأنشطة والخدمات التي تقدمها من أجل دعم وتعزيز استراتيجية مصر الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي، واستخدمت الدراسة قائمة المراجعة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات الدقيقة في ذلك، وأجريت المقابلات مع مدراء ومسئولي مكتبات مصر العامة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: ضعف البنية التحتية اللازمة للمكتبات محل الدراسة لدعم وتعزيز الاستراتيجية الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي، تساهم مكتبات مصر العامة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة واستراتيجية مصر الرقمية، كما أنها تساهم في دعم الاستراتيجية الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال توفير مصادر المعلومات اللازمة للمستفيدين في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ ومن أبرز ما قدمته الدراسة البرنامج المقترح لتعزيز دور المكتبات في دعم الاستراتيجية الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي بالدولة. This study aimed to identify the extent of the readiness of libraries inside Egypt to support the national strategy for Artificial Intelligence, as well as the role of libraries in supporting national policies and strategies in Egypt, The study relied on the field survey approach to enumerate Misr public libraries, as well as the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the current status of libraries and their readiness in terms of human and material resources, activities and services provided by libraries to support and enhance Egypt's national strategy for Artificial Intelligence, and used the checklist item as a tool for collect accurate information and data for this; the interviews was conducted with the managers and officials of Misr Public libraries. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Weakness infrastructure for these libraries to support and enhance the national strategy for Artificial Intelligence, The libraries contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and Egypt's digital strategy, These libraries also contribute to supporting the national strategy for Artificial Intelligence by providing sources of information for beneficiaries in the field of artificial intelligence; Among the highlights of this study was the proposed program to enhance the role of libraries in supporting the national strategy for artificial intelligence in the country. |
