| المستخلص: | The rewriting of the myth is often a way of updating the intangible heritage of humanity. The literature, in the most diverse languages of the whole world, knew to safeguard it for a better transmission from generation to generation. In the work of the Algerian author of French expression Leila Sebbar, the updating of the myth of the female character Scheherazed drew our attention. We wondered about the why and how of such a choice in order to unravel the anchoring of a modern writing in a historical and social sphere of yesteryear. La réécriture du mythe relève souvent d’une certaine réactualisation de l’héritage immatériel de l’humanité. La littérature, dans les langues les plus diverses du monde entier, a su le sauvegarder pour une meilleure transmission de génération en génération. Dans l’oeuvre de l’auteure algérienne d’expression française Leila Sebbar, la réactualisation du mythe du personnage féminin Shérazède a attiré notre attention. Nous nous sommes interrogée sur le pourquoi et le comment d’un choix pareil dans le but de desceller l’ancrage d’une écriture moderne dans une sphère historique et sociale d’antan. |
