This paper will explore the challenges and considerations that legal translators in Algeria face, including linguistic, cultural, and legal factors. Through a thorough analysis of legal translation in Algeria, this paper seeks to shed light on the essential role that legal translation plays in promoting access to justice and maintaining the integrity of legal systems in Algeria, where legal translation is particularly important due to the country's unique, complex, and diverse legal system, which combines elements of French civil law and Islamic law, in addition to the multiple official languages, including Arabic, French, and Berber.
