| المستخلص: | يقصد بالعنف الأسري الموجه ضد الطفل استخدام كافة أشكال الإيذاءات الجسدية أو النفسية أو اللفظية من جانب الوالدين أو أحداهما أو احد الأشخاص المسؤولين على رعاية الطفل ويسبب بدورها في منع التكامل لدى الطفل التي هي اهم حقوقه، يعد جريمة من جانب الشريعة الإسلامية وأكثر القوانين الوضعية، ولكن هناك بحث مهم في العنف الأسري ومصاديقها، وعلى حسب النظريات والعقائد التي يبتنى على الثقافات والأيدولوجيات واقتضائات الزمان والمكان وتطورات الجوامع يختلف العنف وخصائصها ومصاديقها، وعلى هذا الأساس يعد عملا وفق الشريعة الإسلامية تأديبا للطفل ولكن من وجهة النظر السكولاريه عنفا وجريمة، فعلى هذا الأساس لا يعد كل عنف جريمة. Family violence against children is one of the types of violence and the most important of which is that children are the most tragic and suffering victims among other groups, especially by using the worst types of verbal, physical, sexual and psychological violence. Studies have proven that the pressures of family life, the large number of disagreements between parents and the disintegration of the family contribute to an increase in family violence against the child, which results in serious consequences, including the child's physical, psychological or social disability in its various forms, which prepares a generation that is difficult to deal with as an essential member in the process of building a healthy society, Domestic violence against children is one of the most serious forms of human rights violations, and it is one of the serious and important issues at the present time. Its danger escalates if it is neglected or if it remains the same because it is directly or indirectly related to about half of the population of society, and they are the children on whom the process of building and leading society will fall Future. |
