| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف مستوى تطبيق أبعاد الهندسة البشرية (البدنية- الذهنية- التنظيمية- البيئية) بمدارس التعليم الحكومي من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس الحكومية بجدة، تعرف مستوى تحقيق جودة الحياة التعليمية بمدارس التعليم العام الحكومي من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس الحكومية بجدة، بالإضافة إلى تعرف درجة إسهام الهندسة البشرية في تحقيق جودة الحياة التعليمية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدم استبيان مكون من محورين كل محور مقسم لعدد من الأبعاد، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۲۸۷) من مديرات المدارس الحكومية بجدة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن مستوى تطبيق أبعاد الهندسة البشرية بالمدارس الحكومية بجدة مرتفع، وتوصل أيضا إلى أن مستوى تحقيق جودة الحياة التعليمية بالمدارس الحكومية بجدة مرتفع، كما توصل إلى أن تطبيق الهندسة البشرية يسهم في تحقيق جودة الحياة التعليمية، وأوصى البحث بالعمل على زيادة البرامج التدريبية التي تعمل على تنمية الهندسة البشرية لدى القطاع التعليمي بما يعمل على تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية، وتحسين الظروف البيئية الخاصة بالمدارس الحكومية مما يؤدي إلى تحسين ظروف العمل والتقليل من المخاطر، إشراك أولياء الأمور في العملية التعليمية لمتابعة أداء الطلاب والعمل على تحسينه. The current research aims at the level of applying human engineering dimensions (physical - mental - organizational - environmental) in public education schools from the point of view of principals of public schools in Jeddah, to identify the level of achieving the quality of educational life in public education schools from the point of view of principals of public schools in Jeddah, in addition to identify the degree of human engineering contribution to achieving the quality of educational life, and the research relied on the descriptive correlational approach, and used a questionnaire consisting of two axes, each axis divided into a number of dimensions, and the research sample consisted of (287) public school principals in Jeddah, and the research concluded that the level of The application of human engineering dimensions in government schools in Jeddah is high, and it also found that the level of achieving the quality of educational life in public schools in Jeddah is high, and it was also concluded that the application of human engineering contributes to achieving the quality of educational life, and the research recommended working to increase training programs that work to develop human engineering The educational sector works to improve the quality of the educational process, improve the environmental conditions of government schools, which leads to improving working conditions and reducing risks, involving parents in the educational process to follow up on students' performance and work to improve it. |
