| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى توافر الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بإدارة تعليم جازان في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلمين، بالإضافة لتعرف درجة تأثير متغيري المؤهل، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، في استجاباتهن حول درجة توافر الكفايات المهنية لديهن، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث تمثلت أداة البحث في استبيان الكفايات المهنية للمعلمات الذي تألف من (44) عبارة، بينما تمثلت عينة البحث في (104) معلمة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة من مجتمع البحث المتمثل في جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال بإدارة تعليم جازان والبالغ (864) معلمة، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى توافر الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بإدارة تعليم جازان في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلمين ككل جاء متوسطا؛ حيث جاء مستوى الكفايات المعرفية، وكفايات التخطيط للتدريس، وكفايات إدارة الصف متوسطا، بينما جاء مستوى توافر الكفايات الرقمية صغيرا، وأخيرا جاء مستوى توافر كفايات تنفيذ الدروس كبيرا ، كما اتضح عدم وجود فرق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α = 0.05) في استجابات معلمات رياض الأطفال بإدارة تعليم جازان حول مستوى توافر الكفايات المهنية لديهن وفق متغيري المؤهل (بكالوريوس/ ماجستير فأعلى) وعدد سنوات الخبرة ((أقل من 5 سنوات/ من 6- 10 سنوات/ أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وفي ضوء ذلك يوصى بإعادة النظر في برامج إعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال بالمملكة العربية السعودية بحيث يتم تطويرها في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلمين في المملكة بما يضمن نجاحها في تزويد المعلمات بالكفايات المهنية اللازمة لتعليم أطفال هذه المرحلة. The research aimed to determine the level of availability of professional competencies for kindergarten teachers in the Jazan Education Department in the light of professional standards for teachers, in addition to identifying the degree of influence of the variables of qualification and number of years of experience in their responses about the degree of availability of professional competencies they have. To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey method was used; Where the research tool was a questionnaire of the professional competencies of female teachers, which consisted of (44) items, while the research sample consisted of (104) female teachers who were chosen randomly and systematically from the research community represented by all kindergarten teachers in the Jazan Education Department, which amounted to (864) female teachers. The results revealed that the level of availability of professional competencies for kindergarten teachers in the Jazan Education Department in the light of the professional standards for teachers as a whole was average. Where the level of cognitive competencies, teaching planning competencies, and class management competencies were average, while the level of availability of digital competencies was small, and finally the level of availability of competencies for implementing lessons was large, as it was clear that there was no statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) in the responses of kindergarten teachers. Children in the Jazan Education Department about the level of availability of their professional competencies according to the two qualification variables (Bachelor / Master and above) and the number of years of experience ((less than 5 years / from 6-10 years / more than 10 years), and in light of this it is recommended to review the preparation programs Kindergarten teacher in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so that she is developed in the light of the professional standards for teachers in the Kingdom, to ensure her success in providing teachers with the professional competencies necessary to teach children of this stage. |
