| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز ثقافة الذكاء الاصطناعي لدى طلبة التعليم العام بدولة الكويت والكشف عن الفروق لدى عينة الدراسة وفق متغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخدمة، المنطقة التعليمية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (496) معلم ومعلمة، اختيروا بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز ثقافة الذكاء الاصطناعي لدى طلبة التعليم العام بدولة الكويت جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العينة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة وذلك لصالح عينة الدراسة (10- 15 سنوات) ومتغير المرحلة التعليمية لصالح المرحلة الثانوية ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمنطقة التعليمية. وقد خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات منها: (1) دعم الإدارات المدرسية دعما ماليا وتقنيا؛ لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي بالشكل الصحيح في التعليم من خلال توفير كل الاحتياجات الخاصة بالطلبة والمعلمين؛ (2) تفعيل الحواسيب وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تحديدا في المرحلة الثانوية، لما تتطلبه المناهج من تركيز عالي على التعلم الذاتي. The present study aimed to know the role of school administration for promoting a culture of artificial intelligence among public education students in the State of Kuwait, and to identify if there are significant differences according to (gender, educational stage, years of service and educational area). To achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive methodology was applied through using a survey that comprised 20 items. The study sample consisted of (496) teachers who were selected by random sampling. The results of the study revealed that the role of school administration for promoting a culture of artificial intelligence among public education students in the State of Kuwait came to moderate degree. Furthermore, the results indicated that were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample according to the educational stage variable in favor of high school, as well as differences according to the variable of years of service in favor of (10 – 15) years. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of activating computers and applying artificial intelligence techniques, specifically at the secondary level because the curricula require a high focus on self-learning., And the importance of Financial and technical support for school administrations; To properly apply artificial intelligence in education by providing all the special needs of students and teachers. |
