| 520 | |b The article addresses the issue of the performance of the CHIFA information system. The aim is to show how the information system can help health insurance provide quality services with lower costs. In the context of a lack of data, we conducted a sample survey of insured persons using the CHIFA card, chosen according to the quota method and we opted for a descriptive and analytical methodology in order to detect the shortcomings of this system and improve it to make it more efficient. |d L’article traite la problématique de la performance du système d’information CHIFA. L’objectif est de montrer comment le système d’information peut aider l’assurance maladie à donner des services de qualité avec des dépenses moindres. Dans un cadre de manque de données, nous avons mené une enquête par sondage auprès des assurés sociaux utilisant la carte CHIFA, choisis selon la méthode des quotas et nous avons opté pour une méthodologie descriptive et analytique dans le but de déceler les insuffisances de ce système et l’améliorer pour le rendre plus performant. | ||
