| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد درجة توظيف الأنشطة التربوية في اكتساب المهارات الصحية والبيئية من وجهة نظر المربيات في رياض الأطفال في محافظة اللاذقية، وأثر متغيرات (تابعية الروضة، المؤهل العلمي، موقع الروضة، الدورات التدريبية) في ذلك؛ ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تصميم استبانة تألفت من (26) عبارة توزعت على محورين، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (174) مربية في رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة في محافظة اللاذقية، وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: -جاءت درجة توظيف الأنشطة التربوية في اكتساب المهارات الصحية من وجهة نظر المربيات في رياض الأطفال في محافظة اللاذقية متوسطة. -جاءت درجة توظيف الأنشطة التربوية في اكتساب المهارات البيئية من وجهة نظر المربيات في رياض الأطفال في محافظة اللاذقية متوسطة. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث فيما يتعلق بدرجة توظيف الأنشطة التربوية في اكتساب المهارات الصحية والبيئية في رياض الأطفال في محافظة اللاذقية وفق متغير تابعية الروضة لصالح الرياض الخاصة، ووفق متغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المربيات اللواتي اتبعن أكثر من دورة في مجال التربية الصحية والبيئية، ووفق متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المؤهل الأعلى، ووفق متغير موقع الروضة لصالح الروضات الواقعة في المدن. The research aimed to determine the degree of employing educational activities in acquiring health and environmental skills from the point of view of female teachers in kindergartens in Lattakia Governorate, and the impact of the variables (kindergarten affiliation, academic qualification, location of the kindergarten, training courses) on that; In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of (26) phrases distributed on two axes. As for the research sample, it consisted of (174) teachers in public and private kindergartens in Lattakia Governorate. The research reached the following results: The degree of employing educational activities in acquiring health skills from the point of view of female teachers in kindergartens in Lattakia governorate was medium. The degree of employing educational activities in acquiring environmental skills from the point of view of female teachers in kindergartens in Lattakia governorate was medium. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample responses regarding the degree of employing educational activities in acquiring health and environmental skills in kindergartens in Lattakia governorate, according to the variable of kindergarten dependency in favor of private kindergartens, and according to the variable of training courses in favor of female teachers who followed more than one course in The field of health education, according to the variable of scientific qualification in favor of the higher qualification, and according to the variable of the kindergarten location in favor of Riyadh, which is located in the cities. |
