| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة استخدام مربيات رياض الأطفال للألعاب التربوية في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي من خلال الوقوف على المحاور النظرية للبحث، واختيار عينة البحث وتحليل استجاباتهم، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (50) مربية في الروضات الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية في محافظة حماه، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحث استبانة تكونت من (32) بندا موزعة على أربعة مجالات رئيسة: 1- مجال التصميم، 2- مجال الاختيار، 3- مجال التنفيذ، 4- مجال التقويم. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار "ت"، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث تدني درجة استخدام مربيات رياض الأطفال للألعاب التربوية في العملية التعليمية، فضلا عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات مربيات رياض الأطفال في توظيف الألعاب التربوية في العملية التعليمية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل التربوي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات مربيات رياض الأطفال في توظيف الألعاب التربوية في العملية التعليمية تبعا لمتغير المنطقة السكنية. The study aimed to The degree of kindergarten educators' employment of educational games in the educational process from their point of view, researcher follow descriptive methodology by identifying the theoretical axes of the research, selecting the research sample and analyzing their responses, the research sample consisted of (74) (50) An educator in government kindergartens affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Hama Governorate, To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (32) items distributed over four main areas: design, selection, use, evaluation. To treat the data statistically, the researcher used arithmetic averages, standard deviations and "T" test, The results of the research showed low The degree of kindergarten educators employing educational games in the educational process, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergarten nannies in employing educational games in the educational process according to the educational qualification variable, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergarten nannies Employing educational games in the educational process according to the variable of residential area. |
