| 520 | |a يظهر البحث أهمية الأدوار التي اضطلعت بها الأسواق الشعبية في الباحة من عدم اقتصارها على الدور الاقتصادي فقط، وإنما تعدد وظائفها، ومنها: الدور الإعلامي، الذي لعبته أوائل الحكم السعودي، وقبل انتشار وسائل الإعلام المتعددة، مثل: المدرسة، والبريد، والتلفاز. إذ يتناول البحث أهمية الأسواق الشعبية في الباحة، ودورها الوظيفي كوسيلة إعلامية لإيصال الأوامر الحكومية السعودية إلى القبائل هناك، باعتبارها نقطة التقاء لجميع القبائل مما يسهل مهمة تلقي الأوامر الحكومية لأكبر عدد من أفراد القبائل، وحملها إلى بقية أفراد القبيلة. وقد تبين ذلك من خلال عدد من الوثائق المحلية التي أظهرت ماهية تلك الأوامر وتنوعها من حيث تطرقها للجوانب: الدينية، والإدارية، والأمنية، والاجتماعية، مما يعطي الدور الوظيفي الإعلامي للأسواق الشعبية مساهمة أكبر في مساندة هذه الجوانب جميعا. وتم ما سبق من خلال فحص الوثائق التاريخية ودراستها، بما يبرز تلك الوظيفة الإعلامية، التي كانت الأسواق الشعبية في الباحة تقوم بها.. |b The research reveals the importance of the roles played by the popular markets in Al-Baha, as they are not limited to the economic role only, but they have multiple functions, including: the informative role, which was played by the early Saudi government before the spread of multiple mass media, such as: school, post office, and television. The research deals with the importance of the popular markets in Al Baha and their functional role as a media means for communicating Saudi government orders to the tribes there, as they are considered as a meeting point for all tribes. That facilitates the task of receiving government orders by the largest number of tribesmen, and passing them to the rest of the tribe members. This was shown through a number of local documents that showed the nature of these orders and their variety in terms of dealing with the religious, administrative, security, and social aspects, so that they give the functional role of popular markets a greater contribution to supporting all of these aspects. The above was done by examining and studying the historical documents to highlight the informative function played by the popular markets in Al-Baha. | ||
