| المستخلص: | يسلط البحث الضوء على الحياة الاجتماعية في قبائل بني كريم- إحدى قبائل بني عمرو- القاطنة في محافظة النماص، من خلال الوثائق المحلية التي تم الحصول عليها كنموذج لبقية قبائل النماص، إذ إنه من خلال البحث أمكن الغوص في ثنايا أنماط الحياة الاجتماعية خلال الفترة الزمنية (1379-1393هـ/1959-1973م)؛ حيث أكدت الوثائق على مجموعة من القواعد المنظمة للعلاقات بين أفراد القبيلة والقبيلة، وكذلك أفراد القبيلة بعضهم ببعض، وكذا الشؤون المنظمة للزراعة الخاصة بالأراضي ذات الملكية الخاصة، والأراضي ذات الطابع المشاع "العامة"، وما يتعلق كذلك بمياه الأمطار والآبار، وأيضا حدود الأراضي وما يشمل البساتين، كما عرجت القواعد على الشؤون الخاصة بالزواج؛ بما تضمنته من حركة تنظيمية للمهور، وطريقة الخطبة، وشؤون الزواج ومستلزمات الزوجة. وما سبق يوضح فهم المشرعين، وما يتطلبه الموقف من إصدار القواعد المنظمة لحياتهم الاجتماعية التي تدعو إلى السلم، والحفاظ على الأمن، وتحقيق العدالة، ونزع فتيل الفتن. تلك القواعد لم تظل جامدة مع تقدم الزمن؛ بل تعرضت إلى عملية تحديث كل ما دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك، مع إلحاق تلك القواعد بحزمة من الجزاءات حسب المخالفة، وزمن الوثيقة، كما أن وثائق البحث تظهر ما بلغه القوم من رقي اجتماعي وتنظيمي في عملية إصدار مثل هذه القواعد التي تلائم حياتهم، وتدفع بها للأمام؛ حيث نتلمس من خلالها التركيب الهرمي، ومجالس القبيلة، وطريقة اتخاذ القرارات، والأعضاء المعنيين بشؤون القبيلة، ومكانة الشيخ، وقوة القبيلة في وجدان أفرادها مما خولها أن تصدر مثل هذه القواعد. The research highlights the social life in Bani Karim tribes one of Bani Amr tribes-residing in Al-Namas Governorate through the obtained local documents as a model for the rest of Al-Namas tribe. Whereas it could go deep through the research into the folds of the social life patterns during the period of (1379-1393H/1959-1973G). The documents confirmed a set of rules regulating the relations between the members of the tribe and the tribe, as well as the members of the tribe with each other, and the affairs regulating the cultivation of private lands, lands of the common nature "public", as well as what is related to rainwater and wells, as well as the land borders and what includes the orchards. Also the rules dealt with the affairs of marriage, including the organizational movement of the dowry, the method of engagement, marriage affairs, and the wife's need. The foregoing explains the legislators' understanding and what is required to develop rules regulating their social life, which call for peace, maintaining security, achieving justice, and defusing sedition. These rules did not remain rigid with time, but they were subjected to a process of updating whenever needed, with a package of penalties attached to those rules according to the violation and the time of the document. The research documents also show the social and organizational progress people reached in the process of developing such rules that suit their lives and push them forward. Whereas we see through them the hierarchical structure, the councils of the tribe, the method of making decisions, the councils of the tribe, the method of making decisions, the members concerned with the affairs of the tribe, the status of the sheikh, and the strength of the tribe in the conscience of its members, which allowed it to develop such rules. |
