| 520 | |a الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة في التعرف على مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة في مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية الحكومية بأبعادها (الاعتمادية –الأمان –الاستجابة –الملموسة -التعاطف) والتعرف عن مستوى رضا النزلاء والمستفيدين من الخدمات العامة المقدمة بمركز الرعاية الاجتماعية الشاملة بمدينة المرج. والتعرف على أكثر هذه الخدمات أهمية حسب وجهة نظر النزلاء والمترددين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 70 فرد من النزلاء والمستفيدين من خدمات مركز الرعاية الاجتماعية الشاملة بمدينة المرج. واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبيان من إعداد الباحثين وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج التالية: -إن الخدمات التي تقدم داخل مركز الرعاية الاجتماعية الشاملة بمدينة المرج تراوحت ما بين مستوى (مرتفع جدا والمرتفع) فيما يخص عناصر قياس جودة الخدمات التي اعتمدتها الدراسة كمؤشرات إما فيما يخص الدرجة الكلية لكل عنصر أو بعد من إبعاد الجودة فجاءت في مستوى مرتفع جدا والترتيب الأول جاء لبعد الاعتمادية، ويليها بعد الملموسة. وفي الترتيب الثالث جاء بعد التعاطف، وفي الترتيب الرابع، وأخيرا جاء بعد الأمان. -مستوى رضا النزلاء والمترددين بشكل عام جاء في مستوى مرتفع جدا مما يعني أن الخدمات التي تقدم داخل المركز تلاقي الرضا من النزلاء والمترددين وتلبي احتياجاتهم. -توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أكثر الخدمات أهمية التي يقدمها مركز الرعاية الاجتماعية بمدينة المرج حسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، هي الخدمات الصحية العلاجية، وتليها الخدمات التأهيلية والتدريبية، ومن ثم جاءت الخدمات الاجتماعية والنفسية، وتليها الخدمات التعليمية وأخيرا الخدمات الترفيهية. |b The main objective of this study is to identify the level of quality of services provided in governmental social welfare institutions in its dimensions(reliability- safety- response- tangible- sympathy) and to identify the level of satisfaction of inmates and beneficiaries of public services provided in the center Comprehensive social care In the city of Al-Marj, and to identify the most important of these services, according to the point of view of the guests and visitors, the study used the descriptive approach, a sample was formed The study consisted of 70 inmates and beneficiaries of the comprehensive social care center services in Al-Marj city. The study used the questionnaire tool prepared by the researchers. The current study reached the following results: - The services provided within the comprehensive social care center in Al-Marj city ranged between a level (very high and high) with regard to the elements of Measuring the quality of services adopted by the study as indicators, either with regard to the total degree of each element or a dimension of the quality dimension, so it came at a very high level. The first order came to the reliability dimension, followed by the tangible dimension.The third rank came after sympathy, and in the fourth rank, and finally came after safety -The level of satisfaction of the inmates and the hesitant in general was at a very high level, which means that the services provided within the center meet the satisfaction of the inmates and hesitants and meet their needs - The study concluded that the most important services provided by the Social Welfare Center in Al-Marg city, according to the viewpoint of the study sample, are curative health services, followed by rehabilitation and training services, and then social and psychological services, followed by educational services and finally recreational services. | ||
