| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إسهامات الإخصائي الاجتماعي في الحد من مخاطر الابتزاز الإلكتروني للشباب. وتمثلت تساؤلات الدراسة في: 1- ما واقع ممارسة أخصائي خدمة الفرد لاستخدام نموذج الأزمة مع ضحايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية؟ 2- ما معوقات ممارسة أخصائي خدمة الفرد في استخدام نموذج الأزمة مع ضحايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية؟ 3- ما المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تفعيل ممارسة أخصائي خدمة الفرد مع ضحايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية؟ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالبا قد تعرضوا للابتزاز الإلكتروني. وتم عمل حصر شامل لجميع العاملين في المدارس الثانوية التي تم اختيارها وكان وعددهم (50 أخصائي اجتماعي). ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة تقديم برنامج مقترح يمثل دليل إرشادي لأخصائي خدمة الفرد عند التعامل مع مشكلة الابتزاز الإلكتروني للشباب من خلال الاستفادة من نموذج التدخل في الأزمات. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تفعيل ممارسة أخصائي خدمة الفرد لنموذج التدخل في الأزمات مع ضحايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية. The study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of crisis intervention with victims of electronic blackmail to achieve social protection for them. The study questions were: 1- What is the reality of the social caseworker’s practice of the crisis intervention model with the victims of electronic blackmail among secondary school students? 2- What are the obstacles to the practice of the social caseworker of the crisis intervention model with the victims of electronic blackmail among secondary school students? 3- What are the proposals that can contribute to activate the practice of social casework method of the crisis intervention model with the victims of electronic blackmail among secondary school students? 4- what is the proposed perception for the social case work in secondary schools to use the entrance to the crisis with the victims of electronic blackmail ? The study sample consisted of (50) secondary school social workers, and (40) students who were subjected to electronic blackmail. One of the most important results of the study is the presentation of a proposed program that represents a guiding guide for the social caseworker when dealing with the problem of electronic blackmail for youth by making use of the crisis intervention model. At the end the study presented a set of recommendations and proposals that could contribute to activating the practice of the social caseworker of the crisis intervention model with victims of electronic blackmail of secondary school students. |
