| المستخلص: | يوجد في المجتمع المصري العديد من المشاكل التي تؤثر على نموه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي وبالتالي تؤثر على المواطنين بالمجتمع وتمثل الزيادة السكانية احدى أخطر هذه المشكلات التي تؤثر على الاقتصاد المصري وتعوق التنمية في كل المجالات. وهناك العديد من العوامل المؤدية للزيادة السكانية كالزيادة الطبيعية للسكان عن طريق التكاثر، والزيادة عن طريق الهجرة طوعية كانت أم قصرية وعادة ما تكون الأجزاء القديمة من المدن أعلى في معدلات النمو السكاني من الأحياء الجديدة ويتأثر نمو السكان في الأحياء القديمة بكل من الزيادة الطبيعية والهجرة معا وإن كانت معدلات الزيادة الطبيعية فيها أعلى عادة من الهجرة وعلى العكس في الأحياء الجديدة حيث أن الزيادة السكانية فيها تكون أعلى عن طريق الهجرة من الزيادة الطبيعية. كما أنه توجد العديد من الآثار المترتبة على مشكلة الزيادة السكانية فعلى سبيل المثال إن الزيادة السكانية تتطلب زيادة الإنتاج الغذائي والإنتاج الغذائي لا يزداد بنفس النسبة مما يضطر الدولة إلى الاستيراد مما يؤدى إلى زيادة المديونية وعرقلة التنمية، زيادة السكان تؤدى إلى إضعاف معدل نمو الدخل الإجمالي وبالتالي متوسط الفرد، زيادة السكان تؤدى إلى البطالة، زيادة السكان تؤدى إلى زيادة نسبة الفقراء، زيادة السكان تؤدى إلى ضعف مستوى التربية لان الآباء محدودي الدخل لا يمكنهم تنشئة أولادهم تنشئة طيبة. ولذلك قامت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي بعمل العديد من المبادرات الاجتماعية للحد من الزيادة السكانية وتنظيم النسل وذلك بالاتفاق مع وزارة الصحة، حيث إنها قامت بعمل مبادرة اتنين كفاية وتعمل على الحد من الزيادة السكانية وذلك من خلال الأسر المستفيدة من برنامج تكافل وكرامة ويأتي ذلك ضمن التدخلات الرئيسية التي تتخذها وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي من أجل تحقيق رؤيتها في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية الشاملة لهذه الأسرة. In the Egyptian society there are many problems that affect its economic, social and cultural growth and thus affect the citizens of the society. Population increase is one of the most serious problems that affect the Egyptian economy and impede development in all fields because of what this increase causes of extreme danger in terms of weak and disproportionate production rates. With consumption rates or despite the efforts that have been made to reduce this problem, the population growth rate is still high, which requires more efforts to raise awareness of the seriousness of the problem of overpopulation. There are many factors leading to population increase, such as the natural increase of the population through reproduction, and the increase through migration, whether voluntary or involuntary. Usually, the old parts of cities are higher in population growth rates than the new neighborhoods, and the population growth in the old neighborhoods is affected by both natural increase and migration together. The rates of natural increase were usually higher than migration, and on the contrary, in the new neighborhoods, where the population increase is higher through migration than natural increase. There are also many effects on the problem of population increase. For example, population increase requires an increase in food production, and food production does not increase at the same rate, which forces the state to import, which leads to increased indebtedness and obstruction of development. Population increase leads to a weakening of the gross income growth rate and thus Average per capita, population increase leads to unemployment, population increase leads to an increase in the percentage of the poor, population increase leads to a poor level of education because parents with limited income cannot raise their children well. Therefore, the Ministry of Social Solidarity has undertaken many social initiatives to reduce the population increase and birth control, in agreement with the Ministry of Health. It is taken by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in order to achieve its vision of achieving comprehensive social development for this family. |
