| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث التعرف على اثر استخدام برنامج تدريبي مقترح على تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ومهارات الكفاءة الذاتية لدى الطلاب معلمي الفيزياء في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وقد تم اختيار مجموعة البحث بطريقة مقصودة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة فيزياء، وقد تكونت من (۳۰) طالب، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي للمجموعة التجريبية وقد تنفيذ البرنامج في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي ۲۰۲۲ -2۰۲۳م، وطبقت عليهم أدوات البحث وهي بطاقة الملاحظة لقياس مهارات التدريس الإبداعي- مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية، وبعد الانتهاء من التدريس لمجموعة البحث، وتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا، ومعالجة النتائج إحصائيا. تم التوصل إلى تفوق الطلاب مجموعة البحث في التطبيق البعدي عن التطبيق القبلي بفرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (۰,۰۱) من حيث تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي ومهارات الكفاءة الذاتية، وقد تم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ومنها إدراج مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين ضمن مهارات إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية، إعادة النظر في برامج تدريب معلمي العلوم والفيزياء قبل الخدمة وتطويرها في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. The research aimed to identify the impact of using a proposed training program on the development of creative teaching skills and self-efficacy skills among students, physics teachers in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century, and the research group was chosen in an intentional way from the students of the fourth year, Physics Division, and it consisted of (30) students, where the experimental approach was relied on with a semi-experimental design for the experimental group, and the program was implemented in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023 AD, and tools were applied to them Research is the observation card to measure creative teaching skills- a measure of self-efficacy, after completing teaching to the research group, applying research tools before and after, and processing the results statistically. The superiority of the students of the research group in the remote application of the tribal application was reached with a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) in terms of developing creative teaching skills and self-efficacy skills, and some recommendations and suggestions were made in light of the results of the research, Including the inclusion of twenty-first century skills among the teacher preparation skills in the faculties of education, reconsidering the pre-service science and physics teacher training programs and developing them in the light of the twenty-first century skills. |
