| المستخلص: | أن هذه الدراسة تهدف لمعرفة فعالية العمل الجماعي، لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي في مادة الفيزياء، عند متعلمي الصف الثالث متوسط، وقد تم اختيار الأسلوب التحليلي الوصفي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عشر مدارس متوسطة، تتبع مديرية تربية كركوك في العراق، وتم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم في النصف الثاني من العام الدراسي (2023)، وجرى إعداد استبيان للقيام بجمع المعلومات، وشمل مجالين اثنين: الأول، تناول فعالية العمل الجماعي، وقد تكون من تسع فقرات. والثاني، تناول مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، والذي تكون من خمس وعشرين فقرة، حيث تحقق الصدق والثبات له، وجرى على عينة تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة العشوائية، حيث تألفت من مئة طالب وطالبة، من طلاب المدارس المتوسطة التي تتبع لمديرية تربية كركوك. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية، بين فعالية العمل الجماعي، وتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، وإن كل الأبعاد التابعة لفعالية العمل الجماعي، لها دور بتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعية. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of teamwork, to develop creative thinking skills in physics, for third-grade intermediate learners, and the descriptive analytical method was chosen, where the study population consisted of ten intermediate schools, affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Kirkuk in Iraq, and the questionnaire was distributed to them In the second half of the academic year (2023), a questionnaire was prepared to collect information, and it included two areas: the first dealt with the effectiveness of group work, and it consisted of nine paragraphs. The second dealt with creative thinking skills, which consisted of twenty-five paragraphs, where validity and reliability were achieved, and it was conducted on a sample chosen by random sample, which consisted of one hundred male and female middle school students affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Kirkuk. Results have arrived There is a significant correlation between the effectiveness of teamwork and the development of creative thinking skills, and that all dimensions of the effectiveness of teamwork have a role in the development of creative thinking skills. |
