| المستخلص: | إن الإمام داود من خيار أهل البصرة، أدرك الصحابي الجليل أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه، وروى عنه خمسة أحاديث لكنه لم يسمعها منه، وكان الإمام داود بن أبي هند رحمه الله محدثاً، وفقيهاً، ومفسراً، وقارئاً، ومفتياً، وحافظاً، ومما عرف عنه أيضاً زهده وأنه من أهل الورع والفضل، مع كثرة ذكره الله، وكان صواماً حيث صام أربعين سنة لا يعلم به أهله، تتلمذ على يد كبار التابعين وأتباعهم، وتتلمذ على يده كثير من أتباع التابعين وقد روى له أصحاب الكتب الستة (البخاري تعليقاً، ومسلم، وأبو داود، والترمذي، والنسائي، وابن ماجه) وتناولت في هذا البحث مروياته في الحج حيث بلغت ثلاث روايات، فأوردت متن الحديث ثم ذكرت تخريجه من مصادره الأصلية، ثم قمت بدراسة الإسناد إلا رجال صحيح مسلم؛ لأن الأمة اجتمعت على تلقي أحاديثه بالقبول، ثم الحكم على إسناد الحديث بعد النضر في أقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل في الرواة، ثم بعد ذلك أذكر ما في الأحاديث من غريب الألفاظ مستعيناً بكتب غريب الحديث ومعاجم اللغة، ثم أذكر لطائف الإسناد إن وجد، ثم أشرع بعد ذلك بشرح الحديث بشيء من التفصيل من كتب الشروح، ثم أذكر أهم ما يستفاد من الحديث، ثم أذكر فقه الحديث إن وجد مختصراً مستعيناً بكتب الفقه. Imam Dawood is one of the best people of Basra, he realized the great companion Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, and he narrated five hadiths from him, but he did not hear them from him. Also his asceticism and that he is one of the people of piety and virtue, with a lot of mention of God, and he was fasting as he fasted for forty years without his family knowing about it, he was taught by the senior followers and their followers, and many of the followers of the followers were taught to him by the owners of the six books (Bukhari commenting, and Muslim Abu Dawood, al-Tirmidhi, al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah) and I dealt with in this research his narrations on Hajj, which amounted to three narrations, and I cited the body of the hadith and then mentioned its extract according to the authenticity from its original sources, Then I studied the chain of transmission except for the men of Sahih Muslim; Because the nation agreed on receiving his hadiths with acceptance, then ruling on the chain of transmission of hadith after looking at the sayings of the scholars of al-Jarh and al-Ta’deel in the narrators, then after that I mention what is in the hadiths of strange words with the help of books of strange hadith and language dictionaries, then I mention the spectrum of the chain of transmission if any, then I proceed after This is by explaining the hadith in some detail from the books of explanations, then mentioning the most important benefits of the hadith, then mentioning the hadith jurisprudence, if any, abbreviated, using the books of jurisprudence |
