| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث الحديث عن فقه إنكار المنكر في تفسير الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين رحمه الله، فيعرف إنكار المنكر، ثم يبين أهمية علم التفسير ودوره في نشر فقه الاحتساب، ويوضح فقه إنكار المنكر قبل البدء بالإنكار، وفقه إنكار المنكر أثناء الإنكار. ومن نتائج البحث: إن علم التفسير من أجل العلوم وأعظمها، وأهل التفسير لهم شأن كبير ومكانة عظيمة؛ كونهم مرجعا للناس في بيان معاني كتاب الله العزيز، ومن فقه إنكار المنكر في تفسير الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله قبل البدء بالإنكار العلم فهو شرط مهم من شروط الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر؛ لأنه بدون العلم سيكون ما يفسده المحتسب أكثر مما يصلح، ومن فقه إنكار المنكر في تفسير الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله أثناء الإنكار مراعاة المصالح والمفاسد ويتضمن ذلك مراعاة المصالح والمفاسد في المنكر نفسه، وفي أسلوب الإنكار، وفيما ينقله من أخبار وأحكام، ولابد للمحتسب من فقه مراتب إنكار المنكر فكثير من الناس يجهل فقه هذا الحديث ويخلطون بين النهي عن المنكر وتغييره. ومن توصيات البحث: حث الباحثين على دراسة مؤلفات العلماء في التفسير والإفادة منها في فقه الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. This study examined the understanding of condemning the vices according to the exegesis of Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Uthaymeen- May Allah have mercy on him. Therefore, the researcher defined, at first, what is meant by ‘condemning the vices’. Then, the researcher shed some light on the importance of the science of Qur’an exegesis and its role in spreading the jurisprudence of religious policing, and clarified the understanding of condemning the vices before the starting the condemnation; as well as the understanding of condemning the vices during the condemnation. The study reached some results, most importantly: The science of tafsir (i. e. exegesis) is one of the most important sciences with relation to Islamic faith and the scholars specialized in tafsir occupy a great position as they become reference for common people who seek to understand the meanings of the Glorious Qur’an. And from the understanding of condemning the vices in the exegesis of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him, before starting the condemnation, is knowledge, it is an important condition of enjoining good and condemning vices. Because without knowledge, what the religious police will spoil will be more than what he will remedy, and from the understanding of condemning the vices in the exegesis of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him, during the condemnation, is taking into account the benefits and the harms. The religious police must also understand the levels of condemnation of vices. Many people are ignorant of the understanding of this hadith and they mix between forbidding the vices and changing it. Among the recommendations of the research: urging researchers to study the books of scholars on exegesis and to benefit from them on the understanding of enjoining good and condemning the vices. |
