| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي افتراضي في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي ببيئات التعلم الافتراضية لمعلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة. واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي ذا التصميم شبه التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، وتكونت عينة البحث بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، حيث تم تقسيم مجتمع البحث إلى طبقات، حسب مكاتب التعليم (الشمال، الجنوب الشرق الغرب، والوسط) في مدينة مكة المكرمة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بواقع (6) معلمات من مكتب الشمال والجنوب، و(18) معلمة من مكتب الشرق، و (15) معلمة من مكتب الغرب والوسط، ليصبح مجموع عينة البحث (60) معلمة من معلمات الرياضيات بالصف الأول المتوسط بمدينة مكة المكرمة. وطبقت أداة البحث بطاقة الملاحظة كأداة لقياس ممارسة أداء معلمات الرياضيات لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي قبليًا، ثم طبق البرنامج التدريبي الافتراضي المقترح على عينة البحث لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي في بيئات التعلم الافتراضية بعديًا. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات ممارسة معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة في القياسين (القبلي والبعدي) لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي ككل في بيئات التعلم الافتراضية لصالح القياس البعدي، وكما بينت نتائج البحث الأثر الإيجابي الكبير للبرنامج التدريبي الافتراضي في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدم الباحثان بعض التوصيات؛ من أهمها: عقد دورات وورش عمل تدريبية لمعلمات الرياضيات؛ لتعرف استخدام البرنامج الافتراضي، توجيه معلمات الرياضيات إلى تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي بطريقة صحيحة متوازنة لدى الطالبات، وإعادة النظر حول إمكانية تضمين موضوعات الرياضيات المختلفة أنشطة وتمارين إبداعية في بيئات التعلم الافتراضية التي من شأنها أن تنمي مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات. |b The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a virtual training program in developing creative thinking skills in virtual learning environments for intermediate stage mathematics female teachers. And the research used the experimental approach with a semi-experimental design for one group, and the research sample was formed in a stratified random manner, where the research population was divided into stratification, according to the Education Offices (North, South, East, West, and Central) in the Holy City of Makkah, a random sample was selected by (6) female teachers from the North and South Office, (18) female teachers from the East Office, and (15) female teachers from the West and Central Office, the total sample of the research is (60) female teachers of mathematics in the first intermediate grade in the city of Makkah. And the research tool applied the observation card as a tool to measure the practice of mathematics female teachers' performance of creative thinking skills beforehand, then the proposed electronic training program was applied to the research sample to develop creative thinking skills in virtual learning environments dimensionally. And the results of the research found a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the average degrees of practice of mathematics female teachers in the intermediate stage in the two measurements (pre- and post-measurements) for creative thinking skills as a whole in virtual learning environments in favor of telemetry, and the results of the research also showed the great positive impact of the electronic training program in developing creative thinking skills. In light of these findings, the researchers made some recommendations, the most important of which are: Holding training courses and workshops for mathematics female teachers; to learn about the use of the electronic software, directing mathematics female teachers to develop creative thinking skills in a correct and balanced way for female students, and reconsider the possibility of including creative activities and exercises in different mathematics topics in virtual learning environments that would develop female students' creative thinking skills. | ||
