| المستخلص: | مثل الصراع العربي – الإسرائيلي محورا أساسيا في العلاقات الدولية، لاسيما تلك التي كانت قائمة بين بريطانيا والكويت. إذ أن منح البريطانيين جزءا من الأراضي الفلسطينية لليهود من اجل إقامة دولتهم هناك كان له تداعياته الخطيرة والمستمرة على العلاقات البريطانية – الكويتية. إذ كان صناع القرار السياسي في الكويت يحملون البريطانيين تبعات الممارسات غير الإنسانية التي اقترفتها إسرائيل بحق أبناء الشعب العربي، وتواصل تجاوزات الأخيرة على الأراضي والبلدان العربية. لذا مارست الكويت ضغوطا على البريطانيين من اجل إيجاد حلول عادلة ومنصفة للعرب في مشكلاتهم مع إسرائيل. The Arab-"Israeli" conflict represents a major axis in international relations, especially those among Arab and Western countries. The British granting of part of the Palestinian lands to the Jews in order to establish their state there had serious repercussions on the relations between Britain and Kuwait. It was not logical for Britain to authorize the occupation of an Arab land, so that there was a call for taking an Arab united stance towards this irresponsible and opportunistic behavior, a step which have led to wars between the Arabs and "Israel", as well as the inhumane practices that the latter committed against the Arab people, and the continuation of its transgressions on Arab lands and countries. This has motivated the political decision-makers in Kuwait to blame the British for all this and try to push them to embrace just and equitable solutions to all problems between the Arabs and "Israel". |
