| المستخلص: | إن الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي هو صراع تاريخي طويل لم ينتهي وليس آخره تأجيج الصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني وعودة الحرب من جديد عام ٢٠٢١ لتعود الروح إلى القضية الفلسطينية التي يظن أنها استقرت على حال واحد. ودائما ما تبرز المقاومة الإسلامية للواجهة بقوة وتحظى بالدعم والتأييد في ظل ممارسة العنف والاضطهاد الذي تقوم به إسرائيل ولا تزال في الأراضي الفلسطينية. أن هذه الظروف تشير للحاجة إلى استراتيجية عربية شاملة ومتجانسة لمواجهة هذا الصراع بشكل فاعل بجمع الأدوات العسكرية والدبلوماسية واخذ الدول العربية أدوار أكثر فاعلية للتوصل إلى حل عادل يخفف حدة هذا العدوان على الشعب الفلسطيني وإنهاء معاناته. وهذه الدراسة، تلقي الضوء على القضية التي تفاقمت بعد الحروب المتكررة وزادت بسبب هذه الحروب وتلك الإطالة حالة عدم الاستقرار في الأرض الفلسطينية والجوار العربي ككل. وهي محاولة للنظر للقضية على أساس التحليل الجغرافي السياسي وبيان دور المؤسسات السياسية الرسمية الفلسطينية وتأثير كل ذلك في رسم الخرائط الداخلية والخارجية بإطار تدويل الصرع العربي الصهيوني فهما له من جهة وحلا لإشكالاته من جهة ثانية. The long-running Palestinian-Israeli military conflict is not the last one inflaming the Palestinian conflict. The resistance force has always been at the forefront and enjoys support and support in the violence and oppression that Israel perpetrates in the Palestinian territories. These circumstances call for the need for a comprehensive and homogeneous Arab law to effectively confront this conflict by bringing together Arab military, diplomatic and diplomatic tools to play more effective roles in order to reach a just solution that will ease the aggression against the Palestinian people and end their suffering. This study sheds light on the issue that has worsened after the repeated wars and increased because of these wars and that prolonged state of instability in the Palestinian land and the Arab neighborhood as a whole. It is an attempt to look at the issue on the basis of geo-political analysis and to clarify the role of the official Palestinian political institutions and the impact of all that on drawing internal and external maps within the framework of the internationalization of the Arab-Zionist conflict, understanding it on the one hand and solving its problems on the other hand. |
