| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف، كان من أبرزها: الوقوف على ما ورد في السنة المطهرة حول طرق تنمية العمل التطوعي، وتوظيف الطاقات المناسبة وتوجيهها في تطويره، وقد بينت أن السنة النبوية سلطت الأضواء الكاشفة على العمل التطوعي، وأوضحت بجلاء طرق تطويره وتنميته وتوظيفه في خدمة المجتمع، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث - مع الربط كلما أمكن بالتطبيقات المعاصرة- على التعريف بالعمل التطوعي، والأحاديث الواردة في الترغيب فيه، وطرق تنمية العمل التطوعي في السنة النبوية، وطرق تنمية العاملين في العمل التطوعي في السنة النبوية، وتحليل عام لما سبق ذكره من النماذج الواردة في السنة المطهرة لبيان طرق تنمية العمل التطوعي وأثرها في المجتمع، وقام البحث على اتباع المنهج التأصيلي الاستقرائي التحليلي، وكان من أبرز وأهم النتائج التي حققها البحث: الكشف عن مدى اهتمام السنة النبوية وعنايتها الواسعة بالعمل التطوعي والتفنن في الدعوة إليه والترغيب فيه، وسبق السنة النبوية إلى تكثير وتشعيب دروب ومظاهر العمل التطوعي وشمول أنواعه المختلفة، وفتحها الآفاق المتنوعة والمتكاملة لرعاية المجتمع، كما أن البحث قد أبرز بجلاء عناية السنة النبوية البالغة بالطرق التي تسهم في تنمية العمل التطوعي سواء أتعلقت بالقائمين عليه، أم بالعمل ذاته، أم بالبيئة التي يصنع فيها العمل التطوعي؟ وأهم توصيات البحث: قراءة الأحاديث النبوية المتعلقة بالعمل التطوعي قراءة معاصرة منضبطة، تواكب ظروف ومتطلبات عصرنا الحديث، والحرص على توظيف وسائل العمل التطوعي الواردة في السنة النبوية بصفة متكاملة، تسهم في تطوير المناشط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، بل والمعنوية أيضا. This research aims to achieve several goals, was the most prominent of which: Standing on what is mentioned in the Sunnah about methods of developing volunteer work, and employ the appropriate energies and direct them in its development, it showed that the Sunnah of the Prophet spotlight shone on the volunteer work, And made it clear methods for its development, and employment in community service. This research has included: (With linking whenever possible to contemporary applications) On Definition of volunteer work and the hadiths contained in the encouragement to it, and ways to develop volunteer work in the Sunnah, methods of developing workers in voluntary work in the Sunnah, and a general analysis of what has been previously mentioned of the models contained in the Sunnah to demonstrate the methods of developing volunteer work and their impact on society. The research was based on following the method of inductive analytical method. The most prominent and important results achieved by the research were: Revealing the extent of the Sunnah’s interest and broad concern with volunteer work and artfulness in calling for him and enticing him, and preceded the Sunnah to a great deal and the bifurcation of the paths and aspects of volunteer work and the inclusion of its various types, and it opens up diverse and integrated horizons for community care, and the research has clearly shown the attention paid by the advanced Sunnah of the Prophet in the ways that contribute to the development of volunteer work, whether it relates to those in charge of it or by work itself, or in the environment in which volunteer work is made. The most important research recommendations: Reading the hadiths related to volunteer work is a contemporary disciplined reading, it keeps pace with the conditions and requirements of our modern age, and is keen to employ the means of volunteer work mentioned in the Sunnah in an integrated manner that contribute to the development of economic, social and cultural activities and the moral too. |
