| 520 | |a على الرغم من أهمية مفهوم (الوطنية والمواطنة) وخصوصاً في وقتنا الراهن، إلا أنهما من المفاهيم الشائكة التي اختلفت حولها وجهات النظر بين الفلاسفة والمفكرين على مر العصور، بل هي من أكثر المفاهيم التي عرفت تحولات وتغيرات مستمرة عبر الصيرورة التاريخية بداً من الفكر اليوناني القديم مروراً بعصر النهضة والتنوير الأوربي وصولاً إلى العصر الحديث والمعاصر، وبالتالي فهو ليس من الممكن الإلمام بكل ما يتعلق بها، فهي نظام يتقاسمه الشعوب والحكومات، متمثلاً في الحقوق والواجبات التي يتعهدها القانون وتحميها التشريعات لأجل المسار الديمقراطي الذي يتحقق فيه الاندماج الوطني بتفاعل المواطن مع وطنه، وتنمية الإحساس لديه بقيمة الوطن، وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على ما يلي: 1- مفهوم الوطنية والمواطنة في اللغة والاصطلاح. 2- صعوبات تحديد المفهوم. 3 -معوقات الولاء والانتماء للوطن. 4- مفهوم (الوطنية والمواطنة) في تجليات الفكر الغربي النشأة والتطور. ومن خلال ما سبق توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج والتوصيات منها ضرورة تنمية قيم الوطنية التي أصبحت ملزمة، وذلك لإكساب أفراد المجتمع القيم والمهارات اللازمة التي تسهم في تعزيز سلوكياتهم بصورة إيجابية، وتزيد من ولائهم لوطنهم، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة الرجوع إلى قيم تراثنا العربي الإسلامي التي تحثنا على الولاء للوطن والتفاني في العمل لأجله. |b Inspite of the importance of the concept of (patriotism and citizenship)especially in our time, but it is still one of the difficult concepts about which different views have been made between philosophers and thinkers throughout the ages. It is still one of the most known concepts of continuous transformation and challenges. Throughout the historical process beginning with ancient Greek passing through the Renaissance and European, enlightenment, and ending with modern and contemporary era, and therefore, it's not possible to know everything related to it. As it is a system shared by people and government, represented in the rights and duties that are promised by law and protected by legislation, for the sake of the democratic path in which national integration is achieved through the interaction of the citizen with his country and the development of his sense of the value of the homeland. The study included the following : 1/ The concept of nationalism and citizenship in language and terminology. 2/ DIfficulties defining the concept 3/ Obstacles to loyalty and belonging to the homeland 4/ The concept of patriotism and citizenship in the manifestation of Arab thought, origin and development. Finally, the researcher reached to the following results and recommendations: _ The need to develop the values of patriotism, which have become binding, in order to provide members of society with the necessary values and skills to contribute to enhancing their behavior in a posture way and increase their loyalty to their country. _ The study also recommends the need to refer to the values of our Arab Islamic heritage, which dictate loyalty to the homeland and dedication to work for it. | ||
