| 520 | |a يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى:- 1 - التنافر العاطفي لدى طلبة الجامعة. ويتحدد البحث الحالي بطلبة جامعة بابل للدراسة الصباحية من كلا الجنسين (ذكور، إناث) ومن التخصص (علمي، إنساني) للعام الدراسي (۲۰۲۲ - ۲۰۲۳). وتكونت عينة البحث من (۳۸۰) طالبا وطالبة اختيروا بالأسلوب العشوائي الطبقي ذات التوزيع المتناسب، وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس تصنيف الذات (الساعدي ۲۰۱۰) في هذا البحث، البحث البالغ عددها (۳۸۰) طالبا وطالبة، وكذلك قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس التنافر العاطفي اعتماداً على نظرية (Hochschild, 1983) للتنافر العاطفي وعرض على مجموعة من الخبراء المحكمين، واستخرجت الخصائص السيكومترية له، إذ بلغ معامل ثبات المقياس بطريقة الفا كرونباخ (۰,۸۸) وبطريقة إعادة الاختبار (۰٫۸۳) وبعد التأكد من صلاحية المقياس تم طبق بصورته النهائية (۳۰) فقرة على عينة البحث. وبعد الانتهاء من التطبيق استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات، بالاستعانة بالحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يأتي: ١- أن طلبة الجامعة يمتلكون درجة جيدة من التنافر العاطفي. |b The present study aims at identifying the following: 1- The Emotional dissonance of the university students to outrages. The population of the research consists of the students of Babylon University (Morning Study) including both genders (males and females) that majoring (Scientific and Humanities) studies for the school year 2022-2023. The research sample consists of (380) students, and it is chosen according to the random class style which has proportioned distribution. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher has constructed the Self – Categorization the researcher has applied it to the sample of the study which consists of (380) students. Also, the researcher has constructed the Measurement The Emotional dissonance depending on the theory of (1983 Hochschild ). It has also sent to a group of juries to decide the validity of its items, then eliciting its psychometric features. The Coefficient Constancy of the measurement are ( 0.88) according to Alfa Cronbach Method; and (0.83) according to test-retest method. After getting the measurement's validity, it has been applied to the sample of the study with its final form of (30) items. After the end of the application, the researcher has used suitable statistical methods, in order to analyze the data, via the use of SPSS. The results of the study have showed the following: . 1- The university students have The Emotional dissonance. According to the results of the study, the researcher has presented some recommendations and suggestions which are explained in the forth chapter. | ||
