| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الحكم الخلقي في أساسه عملية أخلاقية لأنه يتعامل مع الإنسان كله للوصول به إلى حد الكمال في كل مجال من المجالات سواء الاجتماعية أو التربوية أو الاقتصادية أو السياسية، فهو يرتبط بالجانب الأخلاقي للفرد لأنه العملية التي يتخذ من خلالها قرار يتعلق بسلوك أصدره في موقف معين بعد قيامه بعملية استدلال وفق مراحل معينة تحكم نمو الحكم الخلقي، يهتم الحكم الخلقي بالمعايير والقيم والأخلاق السائدة في الأسرة والمجتمع، كما يعتمد نمو الحكم الخلقي على السير المنظم للمراحل التي حددها كولبدج وبون تجاوز مرحلة الأخرى. The research aims to identify the moral judgment in the basis of a moral process because it deals with the whole human being to reach it to perfection in every area whether social, educational, economic or political, it is related to the moral aspect of the individual because it is the process through which a decision is taken concerning behavior issued in a particular position after conducting a process of inference according to certain stages governing the growth of moral governance, the moral judgment cares about the standards, values and morals prevailing in the family and society, as The growth of moral governance depends on the orderly progress of the stages set by Kolberge and Bonn beyond one stage to another. La recherche vise à identifier le jugement moral à la base d'une démarche morale car il s'intéresse à l'être humain tout entier pour l'atteindre à la perfection dans tous les domaines qu'il soit social, éducatif, économique ou politique, il est lié à l'aspect moral de l'individu parce que c'est la décision qui une décision est prise émise dans une position particulière concernant un processus d'inférence à certaines étapes régissant la croissance de la gouvernance morale, les jugements moraux se soucient des normes, des valeurs et de la morale qui prévalent dans la famille et la société , as La croissance de la gouvernance morale dépend de la progression ordonnée des étapes fixées par Kolberge et Bonn d'une étape à l'autre. |
