| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير التميز الإداري لدى مديري المدارس ومديراتها في محافظة الطفيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (48) فقرة موزعة على خمسة معايير، قام الباحث بتطبيقها على عينة من (283) معلما ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر معايير التميز الإداري لدى (مديري المدارس في محافظة الطفيلة)، حصلت على متوسط كلي (3.19) بدرجة توافر (متوسطة)، أما على مستوى المعايير فقد حصل معيار أخلاقيات المهنة على أعلى متوسط (3.25)، ثم معيار التمكن العلمي والتنمية المهنية بمتوسط (3.24)، وجاء ثالثا التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي (3.21)، ورابعا قيادة العمليات الإشرافية (3.17)، وأخيرا المبادرات الإبداعية بمتوسط (3.12)، وجميعها بتقدير (متوسط)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر المعلمين تعزى لجنس المعلم، في ثلاثة معايير والكلي ولصالح المعلمات، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمعياري الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي؛ وبناء على النتائج أوصى الباحث بتبني معايير التميز الإداري في برامج تدريب المديرين والمديرات، وتوجيه العاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم للالتزام بمعايير التميز الإداري كمدخل للتنمية المهنية للمديرين، كما اقترح دراسات مكملة في الموضوع. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of administrative excellence standards among school principals at Tafila Governorate from the teachers' perspective, according to the variables: sex, educational qualification, and experience. The study sample consisted of 283 male and female teachers, the results of the study showed that the degree of availability of administrative excellence standards among school principals was mid (average= 3.19), the standard of professional ethics had the highest average (3.25), then the standard of scientific mastery and professional development with an average of (3.24), communication with the local community (3.21), leadership of supervisory operations (3.17), and finally creative initiatives (3.12), the results also showed statistically significant differences in teachers' viewpoints attributed to the sex of the teacher in favor of the female teachers, and there were no statistically significant differences in teachers' perspectives attributed to the experience or academic qualification. Based on the results, the researcher recommends the adoption of administrative excellence standards in training programs for school principals, directing workers in the directorates of education to adhere to administrative excellence standards in the professional development of principals. He also suggested complementary studies on the subject. |
