| 520 | |a سعى البحث الحالي إلى وضع مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مجال البحث العلمي بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء تصنيف شنغهاي الصيني للجامعات، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية للميزة التنافسية بالتعليم الجامعي، ومعايير تصنيف شنغهاي الصيني للجامعات، ودراسة واقع تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مجال البحث العلمي بجامعة الفيوم، وعرض آليات مقترحة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مجال البحث العلمي بجامعة الفيوم على ضوء معايير تصنيف شنغهاي الصيني للجامعات، واعتمد البحث على منهج دراسة الحالة كأحد أنواع المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (٣٣٢) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بكليات جامعة الفيوم، وتوصل البحث إلى أن واقع تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مجال البحث العلمي بجامعة الفيوم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. |b The current research sought to develop a set of proposed mechanisms to achieve a competitive advantage in the field of scientific research at Fayoum University in the light of the Shanghai Chinese University Classification, by identifying the theoretical foundations of competitive advantage in university education and the standards of the Chinese Shanghai ranking of universities, and studying the reality of achieving competitive advantage in the field of Scientific research at Fayoum University, and proposed mechanisms to achieve a competitive advantage in the field of scientific research at Fayoum University in the light of the criteria of the Chinese Shanghai Classification of Universities, and the research was based on the case study methodology as one of the types of descriptive curriculum, and a questionnaire of (332) members was applied from the faculty and the supporting body Faculties of Fayoum University, and the research concluded that the reality of achieving a competitive advantage in the field of scientific research at Fayoum University came with a medium degree. | ||
