| المستخلص: | لا أحد ينكر أن المعرفة رهان اجتماعي، وبهذا المعنى تعتبر "الجامعة فضاء مؤسساتيا تتفاوض فيه المعرفة مع السلطة". إن بعض ما يؤسف عليه فيما يخص الجامعة والتدريس الجامعي هو أن يتوصل بعض الأساتذة بعد جهد البحث إلى الاقتناع بأنها أصبحت غير قابلة للإصلاح، وأن الجامعة تحولت إلى ما يشبه الجسد «البدين»، «المعتل» الذي يعاني من أمراض مزمنة مستعصية العلاج إلى درجة أصبح صعبا التعرف على ملامحها، حيث فقد "الأستاذ - المدرس – الباحث" كفاعل اجتماعي وجاهته العلمية مع وجاهته الاجتماعية. يتعلق المحور الأول بالوضعية التي تتفاوض فيها الجامعة مع المجتمع ماذا يختار الفاعلون الجامعيون كمعايير يلتزمون بها؟ ويتعلق المحور الثاني بالوقوف على الوضعية التي تتفاوض فيها الجامعة مع السلطة، حول السلطة. يمكن أن نلخص العلاقة الجدلية بين الجامعة والمجتمع في التساؤل التالي: كيف تتعامل المعرفة مع المجتمع، وكيف يتعامل المجتمع مع المعرفة؟ Knowledge is a social bet, and in this sense, «the university is an institutional space in which knowledge negotiates with power». First, we are asking about the role of the university as a social institution. Secondly, it is about its status and influence on the identity of the university actors. It’s regrettable that the Algerian university have become irreparable; that it has turned into a kind of «obese», «ill» body where professors have lost their academic and social prestige. The first axis relates to the situation in which the university negotiates with society, the second one, examines the situation in which the university negotiates with the authority over power. The question is: How does knowledge deal with society, and how does society deal with knowledge? In circumstances in which negotiation falters, and conflict over benefits rages, the university institution lives in the situation of an “orphan”. Instead of its role of consecration of truth, objectivity, and scientific understanding, the university move away to produce emptiness, illusion, inflation of subjectivity, and magical interpretations |
