| المستخلص: | After the growing success of E-Wallet in the world, it is increasingly a promising mobile payment tool. To this end, the study will aim to shed light on its design and operation, as well as the qualities of these services and the benefits it offers its clients, while examining the Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati experiences. The problem with this research is to understand the reasons for its success in general, and in particular in the three selected countries. The study concluded that the design and the particularities of the E-Wallet combined with real political will are the two secrets of its success, and that it is recommended to double the efforts and to continuously improve these two ingredients in order to optimize this means of payment. Après le succès grandissant qu’a connu l’E-wallet dans le monde, ce dernier s’impose de plus en plus comme un outil de paiement mobile prometteur. À cet effet, l’étude aura pour objectif de mettre la lumière sur sa conception et son fonctionnement, ainsi que les qualités de ces services et les avantages qu’il offre à ses clients, tout en examinant l’expérience Égyptienne, Saoudienne et Émirati. La problématique de cette recherche est de comprendre les raisons de son succès d’une manière générale, et en particulier dans les 3 pays choisi. L’étude a conclue que la conception et les particularités du EWallet conjuguées avec une réelle volonté politique sont les deux secrets de sa réussite, et qu’il est recommandé de doubler les efforts et d’améliorer continuellement ces deux ingrédients afin d’optimiser aux maximum ce moyen de paiement. |
