| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات المتقاعدين الأسرية بعد التقاعد، وعلى درجة تكيف المتقاعدين مع أسلوب الحياة الجديد، كذلك التعرف على درجة شعور المتقاعدين بالعزلة الاجتماعية. تم في هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ الذي يعتبر من أكثر المناهج ملاءمة للدراسة الحالية. يمثل مجتمع الدراسة المتقاعدين الذكور حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة غير احتمالية ( قصدية) بعدد (220) من المتقاعدين السعوديين في مدينة الرياض. تم اختيار الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة الإليكترونية على المتقاعدين السعوديين. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود مشكلات أسرية تواجه المتقاعدين من عينة الدراسة حيث تمثلت إلى حد ما في زيادة درجة الصراع بين المتقاعدين وابنائهم، وتدخل الأزواج المتقاعدين في شؤون المنزل مما قد يترتب عليه زيادة حدة الانتقاد بين الأزواج في الأسرة، وحدوث خلافات بين المتقاعدين وزوجاتهم. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى موافقة عينة الدراسة إلى حد ما على صعوبة التكيف مع مرحلة التقاعد، وشعور المتقاعدين بالعزلة الاجتماعية. كذلك أوضحت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود رضا إلى حد ما عن الخدمات المقدمة للمتقاعدين، وموافقة عينة الدراسة على محدودية دور مؤسسات المجتمع في الاستفادة من خبرات المتقاعدين، وضعف مستوى اهتمام وسائل الإعلام بدور المتقاعدين في المجتمع. The study aims to identify the retirees' family problems after retirement, the degree of retirees' adaptation to the new lifestyle, as well as the retirees' sense of social isolation. In this study, the descriptive survey method was used. Which is considered one of the most appropriate approaches to the current study. The study population represents male retirees, as the study was applied to a non-probability (intentional) sample of (220) Saudi retirees in the city of Riyadh. The questionnaire was chosen as a tool for collecting the data of the study, as the electronic questionnaire was distributed to Saudi retirees. The results of the study revealed that there are family problems facing the retirees from the study sample, which were represented to some extent in the increase in the degree of conflict between the retirees and their children, and the interference of retired husbands in the affairs of the house, which may result in an increase in criticism between husbands in the family, and the occurrence of disputes between retirees and their wives. The results of the study also found that the study sample agreed to some extent on the difficulty of adjusting to the stage of retirement, and the retirees' sense of social isolation. The results of the study also showed that there is some satisfaction with the services provided to retirees, and the agreement of the study sample on the limited role of community institutions in benefiting from the experiences of retirees, and the low level of media interest in the role of retirees in society. |
