| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى فعالية تدريب العاملين الإعلاميين في قناة سما الفضائية، بوصفها نموذجا للقنوات التلفزيونية السورية من وجهة نظر المستفيدين من العاملين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة جرى الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فصممت استبانة ووزعت على عينة من الإعلاميين في القناة مؤلفة من 71 مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها ما يأتي: يوجد رضا جيد من الإعلاميين في قناة سما الفضائية حول جودة وفعالية التدريب المقدم إليهم من المشرفين على العملية التدريبية، وعلى وجود علاقة جيدة نسبيا بين أبعاد التدريب المختلفة، وبين فعالية التدريب، ما عدا بعد توقيت التدريب، لكن يختلف إدراك العاملين الإعلاميين في قناة سما الفضائية لجودة التدريب وفعاليته تبعا لعناصر (أبعاد) العملية التدريبية فيها (الأسلوب التدريبي - المحتوى التدريبي- بيئة التدريب- المدرب- توقيت التدريب) وذلك الأمر مرتبط بالقسم، لاختلاف التدريب اختلافا كبيرا باختلاف القسم. - العلاقة بين فعالية التدريب وأبعاد التدريب المتعلقة بتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية والبيئة التدريبية هي الأكثر تميزا. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training of media workers in Sama satellite channel as a model for Syrian TV channels from the viewpoint of the beneficiaries of the workers. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical method was relied upon. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of media professionals in the channel, consisting of 71 items. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: - There is good satisfaction from the media professionals in Sama TV about the quality and effectiveness of the training provided to them by the supervisors of the training process, and there is a relatively good relationship between the different dimensions of training and the effectiveness of training, except for the dimension of training timing. The awareness of Sama TV channel media workers of the quality and effectiveness of training varies according to the elements (dimensions) of the training process in it (training method- training content- training environment- trainer- training timing) according to the department due to the difference in training significantly according to the department. The relationship between the effectiveness of training and the dimensions of training related to identifying training needs and the training environment is the most distinctive. |
