| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما معايير الجودة الشاملة في الأنشطة المدرسية، واستكشاف واقع جماعات النشاط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان، والتعرف مشكلات النشاط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في منطقة الظاهرة بسلطنة عمان وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتحليلها وتفسيرها وصولاً إلى نتائج يمكن تعميمها، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 300 تلميذ وتلميذة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عديد من النتائج أهمها: تعدد معايير الجودة في الأنشطة ويأتي في مقدمتها؛ الديمقراطية في إدارة جماعات النشاط، الالتزام بقواعد ونظام ممارسة الأنشطة المدرسية، التعاون الأمثل بين التلاميذ والمشرفين، وتتعدد المشكلات التي تواجه الجماعات المدرسية في ممارسة نشاطها ويأتي في مقدمتها؛ الوقت غير الكافي لممارسة الأنشطة، يليها عزوف أولياء الأمور عن دعم المشروعات المدرسية، يليها ضعف حضور المدرسين الأنشطة، وقلة تشجيع المدرسين المشاركة في الأنشطة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تتناسب أهداف النشاط مع احتياجات الطلبة، وأن توجد حملات توعية للطلاب عن أهمية النشاط، وربط النشاط المدرسي بالمنهج الدراسي ربطا وثيقا، وتوفير الإمكانات اللازمة لممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة، وتشجيع المعلمين على الاندماج في الأنشطة. The aim of this study is to identify what the overall quality standards in school activities, and explore the reality of school activity groups in the schools of the first episode of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman, and to identify the problems of school activity in the schools of the first episode of basic schools in the Al-Dahhira Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In order to achieve these objectives study used a descriptive Method which is based on data and information collection, analysis, interpretation and access to the results can be generalized, the study used a questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of 300 male and female pupils. The study found many of the most important results: the multiplicity of standards of quality in the activities and comes in the forefront; democracy in the management of groups activity, abide by the rules and exercise regimen school activities, optimal cooperation between students and supervisors, and the multiple problems faced by school groups in the exercise of its activity comes in the forefront; time insufficient exercise activities, followed by the reluctance of parents support school projects, followed by the weakness of the teachers attending activities, and the lack of encouraging teachers to participate in activities. The study recommended that the objectives of the activity commensurate with the needs of students, and there are campaigns to educate students about the importance of the activity, and the activity linking school curriculum more closely, and to provide the necessary resources for the exercise of different activities, and encourage teachers to integrate into the activities. |
