| المستخلص: | يبدو أن التوثيق التاريخي للموسيقى ولوظائفها الاجتماعية بالمغرب لم يحض بالعناية المستحقة، فالمهتم بهذا المجال لا يجد أمامه إلا النزر القليل من المصادر التاريخية الكتابية والشفهية التي تضمنت شهادات متفرقة عن الأدوار المهمة التي لعبتها الموسيقى الأندلسية المغربية، سواء في العلاج النفسي للمرضى بمختلف البيمارستانات التي كانت منتشرة في مختلف المدن المغربية، أو في التهذيب والتنشئة الاجتماعية داخل الزوايا، وهو ما يظهر حاجة ماسة للإسراع بتوثيق وتدوين المسار الكرونولوجي للتربية الموسيقية بالمنظومة التربوية المغربية. ومن هذا المنطلق يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض الأحداث والوقائع التي عاشتها التربية الموسيقية بالمغرب، ووصف أهم المحطات التي مرت منها، من قبل إدماجها الرسمي بالمنهاج الدراسي للتعليم الإعدادي سنة 1995 إلى الآن. وسيقف البحث عند تحليل خلفيات وآثار بعض القرارات التي أحدثت منعطفاً في مسارها باعتباره مدخلاً أساسياً لفهم واقعها ووضعها الحالي. وخلص البحث إلى أن مسار التربية الموسيقية بالمغرب قد تميز بالتذبذب بين فترات من المد والجزر بحسب المواقف والقناعات الشخصية للمسؤولين الذين تعاقبوا على تدبير القطاع، وانتهى بتقهقر وضعها في السنوات الأخيرة، مما حال دون تعميمها وتجويد تدريسها ودون تبوئها المكانة التي تستحقها جنباً إلى جنب مع باقي المواد الدراسية. It appears that historical documentation of music and its social functions in Morocco has not received the attention that it deserves. Research about this field showcases only a few written and oral historical sources, which include scattered testimonies about the important role of Moroccan Andalusian music, whether in psychological therapy for patients in various hospitals spread across various Moroccan cities, or in social and spiritual upbringing within the Zawiyahs. This demonstrates the critical importance of expediting the documentation and recording of the chronological path of musical education in the Moroccan educational system. From this vantage point, the purpose of this study is to shed light on some of the events and facts related to musical education in Morocco, and describe the most significant milestones since its official inclusion in the middle school curriculum in 1995 until now. The research will conclude by examining the origins and consequences of some of the decisions that have resulted in a turning point in its trajectory, viewing it as a fundamental entry point into understanding its current reality and status. According to the findings of the study, the path of musical education in Morocco has been marked by fluctuations between highs and lows depending on the positions and personal beliefs of the officials who have taken turns managing the sector. It came to an end with its recent decline, which hampered its generalization, improvement of teaching, and rightful place among other academic subjects. |
