المستخلص:The aim of the research is to make a proposed perspective for developing the institutional performance at Al-Azhar University in the light of the McKinsey 7S model by revealing the reality of this performance at Al Azhar University in the light of the 7S model. To achieve this, the research used the descriptive method besides a questionnaire applied to (399) faculty members at Al-Azhar University. The research revealed several results, the most prominent of which are: the average degree of verification for the institutional performance reality was medium with an arithmetic mean of (1.79) besides the discrepancy at the level of the sub-dimensions where the strategy dimension came first with an arithmetic average of (1.81) and with a “medium” degree of verification, while the systems dimension came in the last rank with an arithmetic mean of (1.70) and with a "medium” degree of verification, the results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) according to the academic degree variable in favor of the category of professor, in favor of the category of those who occupy an administrative position according to the variable of the administrative position, while there are no statistically significant differences according to the college status variable and in the light of these results, the research made a proposed perspective for developing the institutional performance at Al Azhar University in the light of the McKinsey 7S model, including starting points, objectives, dimensions, and mechanisms for implementing the perspective, guarantees for the success, and obstacles to implementing the proposed perspective and ways to overcome them.

The study aimed at investigating the impact of a program based on educational linguistics in developing the competencies of designing Arabic language teaching situations, and the collective efficacy of the kindergarten student teacher. The mixed method design was used in researching the problem, combining both qualitative and quasi-experimental with the one group pretest-posttest design. Moreover, the descriptive method was used in presenting relevant studies and writings, and in the analysis and interpretation of results. The research was conducted on a sample of (56) female students and. The application was in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022), and it extended to the second semester. Results proved that there was a statistically significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05), as well as at (α ≤ 0.01), and this means that the proposed program had an impact on the development of the cognitive aspect of the competencies necessary to design the situations of teaching Arabic among the study group, with a large effect size of (0.98) The same in collective efficacy in favor of the post administration, with a large effect size of (0.89), and in the students' performance in the observation sheet, with a large effect size of (0.98).
