| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور إدارات كليات التربية السودانية في تطوير الأداء المهني لطلاب كليات التربية في ضوء التقنيات الحديثة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الطلاب خريجي كليات التربية الجالسين لامتحان رخصة مهنة التدريس للعام الدراسي 2020-2021م والبالغ عددهم (480) خريج وخريجة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم بلغت (139) فرداً بنسبة 28% من المجتمع الكلي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات بعد أن تم تصميمها وتوزيعها إلكترونياً، ومن ثم تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن: دور الإدارة في تهيئة بيئة إعداد الطالب/المعلم إلكترونياً تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (1.86) وانحراف معياري (0.326) بدرجة تقديرية متوسطة، وأن درجة الكفايات التكنولوجية المتوافرة لدى الخريجين تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (2.09) وانحراف معياري (0.405) وبدرجة تقديرية متوسطة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دور إدارات كليات التربية السودانية في تطوير الأداء المهني لطلاب كليات التربية في ضوء التقنيات الحديثة تعزى لمتغيري النوع والمساق، وبناء على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير الطالب/ المعلم وبناء قدراته في كافة المجالات ذات العلاقة بمهام عمله في ضوء المتغيرات التكنولوجية المعاصرة، وتوفير البنية التحتية اللازمة ودعمها بأحدث ما توصلت إليه تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات. |b The study aimed to identify the role of the administrations of the Sudanese colleges of education in developing the professional performance of the students of the colleges of education in the light of modem technologies of them, it amounted to (139) individuals, or 28% of the total society. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the questionnaire as a data collection tool after it was designed and distributed electronically, and then the data was analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (spss) program. In creating an environment for preparing the student/teacher electronically, it was achieved with a general arithmetic mean of (1.86) and a standard deviation of (.326) with a medium estimate, and that the degree of technological competencies available to graduates was achieved with a general arithmetic mean of (2.09) and a standard deviation of (.405) with a medium estimate. There are also statistically significant differences in the level of the role of the administrations of the Sudanese faculties of education in developing the professional performance of the students of the faculties of education in the light of modem technologies due to the variables of gender. And the course, and based on the results reached, the study recommends the need to develop the student/ teacher and build his capabilities in all areas related to his work tasks in the light of contemporary technological changes, and to provide the necessary infrastructure and support it with the latest information and communication technology. | ||
