| المستخلص: | The main objective of this work is to analyze the social and cultural transformations undergone by urban public spaces in Algeria, and essentially in the two cities Constantine and Oran; during and after the Covid-19 crisis. Throughout this article, we will see that this pandemic has caused a considerable urban crisis in public spaces, already impacted by the disappearance of certain social practices induced by new communication technologies. Admittedly, the public space is no longer the only medium for communication, but it remains important, because it carries multiple meanings; it facilitates the recovery of free expression and citizenship. We hypothesize that the Coronavirus crisis has made it possible to reinvent a new urban landscape, which would be taking on new forms, This article is divided into three parts; on the one hand, we define public space in the time of Covid-19, on the other hand, we analyze the return of urban artistic action in Oran, and the popular Hirak in Constantine, and finally, we state the results of our analysis which allowed us to affirm that post Covid-19 urban public space is being reinvented instead of disappearing. Ce travail a pour objectif principal l’analyse des transformations sociales et culturelles subies par les espaces publics urbains en Algérie, et essentiellement dans les deux villes Constantine et Oran; durant et après la crise du Covid-19. Tout au long de cet article, nous verrons que cette pandémie a provoqué une crise urbaine considérable sur les espaces publics, déjà impactés par la disparition de certaines pratiques sociales induites par les nouvelles technologies de la communication. Certes l'espace public n'est plus le seul support à la communication, mais il reste important, car il est porteur de significations multiples; il facilite la récupération de l’expression libre et de la citoyenneté. Nous faisons l’hypothèse que la crise du Coronavirus à permis de réinventer un nouveau paysage urbain, qui serait est en train de prendre de nouvelles formes, Cet article s’articule en trois parties; d’une part, nous définissons l’espace public au temps du Covid-19, d’autre part, nous analysons le retour de l’action artistique urbaine à Oran, et le Hirak populaire à Constantine, et enfin, nous énonçons les résultats de notre analyse qui nous ont permis d’affirmer que l’espace public urbain post Covid-19 est en train de se réinventer au lieu de disparaitre. |
