| المستخلص: | نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على المحددات الداخلية والخارجية المؤثرة على السياسة الخارجية الصينية، وتوضيح هذه المحددات المؤثرة على سياستها الخارجية وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة المتمثلة في بيان الخارجية الصينية وعرض المحددات الداخلية والخارجية المؤثرة على سياستها الخارجية، وتأتي هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات المهتمة بالشأن الدولي في ظل تعاظم الدور الصيني على المسرح العالمي وما يطلق عليه العملاق الصيني الذي أصبح يحتل مكانه على مسرح الأحداث الدولية، ويشهد تعاظم للصين ضمن الفاعلين الدوليين، ونرى أن هذا الأمر ضمن الهندسة العقلانية الواقعية لمصممي السياسة الخارجية الصينية، ونتوقع مكانة مرموقة للصين على الصعيد العالمي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: إن السياسة الخارجية هي نشاطات الدولة الناتجة عن اتصالاتها الرسمية مع مختلف فواعل النظام الدولي وفقا لبرنامج محكم التخطيط ومحدد الأهداف بغرض تغيير سلوكيات الدول الأخرى أو المحافظة على الوضع الراهن في العلاقات الدولية، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار محددات البيئة الداخلية والخارجية المؤثرة على تلك السياسة. Through this study, we try to identify the internal and external determinants affecting the Chinese foreign policy, and to clarify these determinants affecting its foreign policy, through the use of the descriptive approach and the analytical approach to answer the study questions represented in the statement of the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the presentation of the internal and external determinants affecting its foreign policy. This study is among the studies concerned with the international affairs in light of the growing Chinese role on the world stage and the so-called Chinese giant, which has become occupies a position on the international scene and witnesses the growth of China among international actors. We see this as part of the realistic rational engineering of Chinese foreign policy designers, and we expect China to have a prominent position on the world stage. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Foreign policy is the state's activities resulting from its official contacts with the various actors of the international system in accordance with a well-planned and well-defined program for the purpose of changing the behavior of other countries or maintaining the status quo in international relations, taking into account the determinants of the internal and external environment affecting that policy. |
