| المستخلص: | تعد المواقع إلكترونية لمؤسسات المكتبات الركيزة الأساسية في وصول المستخدم إلى المحتوى المنشور في موقع المكتبة، لذا لابد لتلك المواقع إجراء اختبار قابلية الاستخدام (Usability) لها لضمان ديمومة عمل الموقع وسهولة وصل المستخدم له، حيث تعد قابلية الاستخدام ركيزة أساسية في بناء وتطوير عمل مواقع المكتبات ولابد من تحقيق عناصرها وأهدافها، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور قابلية الاستخدام في بناء وتطوير مواقع مكتبات الكليات الأهلية في بغداد من حيث مؤشرات الوقت المستغرق والتي تقع ضمن أربعة مؤشرات (اختبار الفروق) والتي تتمثل بــــ (الوقت المستغرق في فتح الموقع الإلكتروني، الوقت المستغرق في فتح رابط المكتبة، الوقت المستغرق في فتح فهرس المكتبة، الوقت المستغرق في تحميل المصادر العلمية) وفق معايير قابلية الاستخدام إذ تم اختبار مواقع مكتبات الكليات الأهلية وفق برنامج وأداة الاختبار الإلكتروني لقابلية الاستخدام (Morae) على فئات المستخدمين لتلك المواقع والتي شملت على (طلبة البكالوريوس وطلبة الماجستير وطلبة الدكتوراه والأساتذة الجامعيين)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لمسح مواقع مكتبات الكليات الأهلية في بغداد وكذلك لعينة من طلبة وأساتذة قسم المعلومات وتقنيات المعرفة في الجامعة المستنصرية/ كلية الآداب، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة ولعل أهمها وجود فروق معنوية بين الفئات الأربعة أثناء اختبار الفروق في الوقت المستغرق في فتح الموقع الإلكتروني وبدلالة القيمة الاحتمالية لكل فئة وكذلك وجود فروق معنوية بين الفئات الأربعة أثناء اختبار الفروق في الوقت المستغرق في فتح رابط المكتبة وذلك بدلالة القيمة الاحتمالية التي ظهرت مأسوية ما بين الفئات الأربعة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج وضع الدراسة عدة توصيات منها ضرورة مراعاة الوقت المستغرق في فتح الموقع الإلكتروني وسهولة وصول المستخدم إلى الواجهات المطلوبة وكذلك العمل على تهيئة رابط موقع المكتبة دون مشاكل فنية واستثمار الوقت المستغرق في فتح الرابط الخاص بالمكتبة داخل الموقع الإلكتروني لأن يعد البوابة الأولى لدخول المستخدم لموقع المكتبة وسهولة وصول المستخدم إلى الرابط يدل على قابلية الاستخدام المعتمدة في تصميم الموقع الإلكتروني للمكتبة. The websites of library institutions are the main pillar in the user’s access to the content published on the library’s website, so these websites must conduct a usability test for them to ensure the permanence of the site’s work and the ease of access for the user to it, as the usability is a basic pillar in building and developing a Library sites work and their elements and objectives must be achieved, so this study aims to know the role of usability in building and developing private colleges library websites in Baghdad in terms of the time spent indicators, which fall within four indicators: (testing differences), which is represented by (the time it takes to open the website, the time it takes to open the library link, the time it takes to open the library index, the time it takes to download scientific resources) according to usability standards, as the private college libraries websites were tested according to the electronic usability test program and tool (Morae) on the categories of users for those websites, which included on (Bachelor's students, Master's students, PhD students and university professors), where the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were used to survey the websites Libraries of private colleges in Baghdad, as well as for a sample of students and professors of the Department of Information and Knowledge Technologies at Al-Mustansiriyah University / College of Arts. The study also reached several results, perhaps the most important of which is the presence of significant differences between the four categories during testing the differences in the time spent opening the website and in terms of the probability value of each category, as well as the presence of significant differences between the four categories during the testing of differences in the time spent opening the library link in terms of the probability value Which appeared tragic among the four categories, and in the light of these results, the study made several recommendations, including the need to take into account the time spent in opening the website and the ease of user access to the required interfaces, as well as working to create the library website link without technical problems and investing the time spent in opening the library link within the website Because the electronic portal is the first gateway for the user to enter the library website, and the ease of user access to the link indicates the usability approved in the design of the library website. |
