| 520 | |a تتناول الدراسة المكتبات العامة في مصر من حيث مدى قابليتها للتحول نحو مكتبات خضراء مستدامة، والتعرف على مدى تحقيقها للمتطلبات اللازمة للتنمية المستدامة في ضوء نظام ريادة الطاقة والتصميم البيئي (LEED) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design، الخاص بتقييم الأبنية الخضراء، ومن ثم الوقوف على أكثر المكتبات قربا وأقصاها بعدا نحو تحقيق الاستدامة، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لجمع وتحليل وتشخيص الوضع الراهن للتنمية المستدامة بالمكتبات العامة في مصر، من خلال قائمة مراجعة تضم خمسة محاور رئيسية هي الموقع، والمياه، والطاقة، والموارد، والبيئة الداخلية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن المحور الخامس (جودة البيئة الداخلية) حصل على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 68,67% بمتوسط حسابي 2,06 وانحراف معياري 0,9 وهو ما يقابل درجة المحايدة في مقياس ليكرت الثلاثي، يليه في المرتبة الثانية المحور الثاني (كفاءة استخدام المياه) بنسبة 59,33% بمتوسط حسابي 1,78 وانحراف معياري 0,95، وهو ما يقابل أيضا درجة المحايدة، ثم يأتي المحور الثالث (الطاقة والغلاف الجوي) في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة 57,33% بمتوسط حسابي 1,72 وانحراف معياري 0,93 وهو ما يقابل كذلك درجة المحايدة، بينما حصل المحور الرابع (المواد والموارد) على المرتبة الأخيرة بنسبة 46% بمتوسط حسابي 1,38 وانحراف معياري 0,65 وهو ما يقابل درجة غير موافق، بينما يأتي المحور الأول (الموقع وعلاقته بالبيئة المحيطة) في المرتبة قبل الأخيرة بنسبة 55,33% بمتوسط حسابي 1,66 وانحراف معياري 0,9 وهو ما يقابل كذلك درجة غير موافق، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تأمين المساحات الخضراء المحيطة بمباني المكتبات والعمل على توسيعها وتشجيرها، مع دعم للمتطلبات اللازمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كذلك ضرورة قيام المكتبات العامة بوضع خطط استراتيجية تتضمن عملية تأهيل مباني المكتبات لاستيعاب التطورات الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى تبني أفكار جديدة من قبل الحكومة تساعد على تحفيز وتوجيه المكتبات العامة للتحول إلى مكتبات خضراء، مثل تقديم جائزة أو مكافآت نقدية لأفضل مكتبة عامة خضراء. |b The study dealt with public libraries in Egypt in terms of their ability to transform towards sustainable green libraries and identify the extent to which they fulfill the requirements necessary for sustainable development in light of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system for the evaluation of green buildings, and then to identify the closest and farthest libraries towards achieving sustainability, using the descriptive approach to collect, analyze and diagnose the current state of sustainable development in public libraries in Egypt, through a checklist, of five main axes: site, water, energy, resources, and indoor environment, the study reached several results, including all the libraries of the study were not designed from the beginning to be a library building, except for the Public Library of Egypt- The Red Corner Branch and the May 15 library, the fifth theme (Indoor Environmental Quality) received the first place by 68.67% with an arithmetic average of 2.06 and a standard deviation of 0.9, which corresponds to the neutral score in the Likert triple scale, followed in second place by the second theme(water use efficiency) by 59.33% with an arithmetic average of 1.78 and a standard deviation of 0.95, which also corresponds to the neutral score, then the third theme (energy and atmosphere) comes in third place by 57.33% with an average of 1.78 and a standard deviation of 0.95, which also corresponds to the neutral score, then the third theme (energy and atmosphere) comes in third place by 57.33% with an average of the fourth theme (materials and resources) ranked last by 46% with an arithmetic average of 1.72 and a standard deviation of 0.93, which also corresponds to the neutral score, while the fourth theme (materials and resources) ranked last by 46% with an arithmetic average of 1.38 and a standard deviation 0.65, which corresponds to an unfavorable score, while the first theme (location and its relationship to the surrounding environment) comes in penultimate place with 55.33% with an arithmetic average of 1.66 and a standard deviation of 0.9, which also corresponds to an unfavorable score, and recommended the need to secure green spaces surrounding library buildings and work on expanding and afforestation, with support for the necessary requirements for people with special needs, as well as the need for public libraries to develop strategic plans that include the process of rehabilitating library buildings to accommodate modern developments, in addition to adopting new ideas by the government that to motivate and guide public libraries to become green libraries, such as offering a prize or cash rewards For the best green Public Library. | ||
