| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بيان ضوابط تعامل الزوجات مع مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمنع ظهور الخلافات الزوجية، ويوضح خطورة انسياق الزوجة وراء الأحداث الرائجة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتقليدها لها، مما يسبب الخلافات الزوجية بسبب، تصديق الزوجة لهذه الأحداث، ومن ذلك ادعائهم بأن المرأة غير ملزمة بكثير من الأمور؛ مما أدى إلى عدم طاعة الزوجة لزوجها، وعصيانها له، وقد بينت في هذا البحث حكم انسياق الزوجة وراء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وما ينشر به من أحداث، وبينت فيه أيضا الآداب التي يجب على الزوجين التحلي بها عند حل الخلاف، ومنها النصح، والإرشاد، والتغاضي عن الزلات، كما بينت الضوابط الشرعية للنشر على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والحكم الشرعي في المسائل التي أثارتها مواقع التواصل حديثا. وقد كان لكتابة هذا الموضوع أهمية بما كان نظرا لإثبات الدراسات الحديثة ازدياد نسبة الطلاق بسبب مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي تتسبب بحدوث خلافات زوجية هدامة، ويمكن من خلاله التوعية بما يجب على الزوجين مراعاته لعدم حدوث مثل هذه الخلافات. The research aims to clarify the controls that wives deal with social media sites to prevent the emergence of marital disputes, and it clarifies the danger of the wife's drifting to social media trends and imitating them, which causes marital disputes because the wife looks at these trends, and believes them in what they say, including their claim that the woman is not bound by many things. matters; Than It led to the wife's disobedience to her husband, and her disobedience to him. In this research, I showed the rule of the wife's drift behind these trends, and I also showed in it the manners that the spouses must show when resolving the dispute, including advice, guidance, and condoning slips. It also showed the legal controls for publication on Social media sites, and the legal ruling in Issues raised by social media trends recently. Writing this topic was important due to recent studies proving an increase in the divorce rate due to social media sites that cause destructive marital disputes, and through which awareness can be raised about what spouses must take into account so that such disputes do not occur. The research problem: What is the ruling on women’s drifting behind social media trends, what are the legal controls for dealing with social media, and what are the etiquette that spouses must have when a dispute occurs? The importance of the topic: After the great development in technology and the presence of pages for children and adults on social media sites, many studies have proven an increase in divorce rates, due to their misuse and the drift of wives behind what is known as trends, so it was important to study marital disputes and the reasons for triggering trends, to show the legal controls To deal with social networking sites, the ruling on women being drawn into trends and disobeying their husbands, and studying some of the issues raised by social media trends recently. The method used: the deductive approach and the inductive approach in collecting sayings in jurisprudential issues, and the analytical approach in studying sayings. |
