| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يتضمن بيان أهم أسباب الخلافات الزوجية التي قد تكون سببا رئيسا من أسباب الطلاق والتي زادت بشكل كبير في وقتنا الحاضر، وطرق معالجتها وفق المنهج النبوي الحكيم، وبينت فيه: أن الإسلام قد كفل للأسرة الضمان والاستقرار إذا سارت على المنهج النبوي الشريف سواء أكان ذلك في مرحلة ما قبل الزواج أم بعدها، وتطرق إلى توضيح المنهج النبوي الشريف في التعامل مع هذه الخلافات وتناول بعض النماذج كــي نتعلم من هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم فن إدارة المواقف التي يحدث فيها الخلاف، كما بين أن التعاون بين الزوجين أمر لابد منه، وأن القضية ليست في وجود الخلافات بل في كيفية تعامل الزوجين معها. وفيه يظهر دور الأزهر الملحوظ خاصة في الفترة الأخيرة في مواجهة أو حل تلك الخلافات التي تعصف بالأسرة المسلمة وتهدد أمنها واستقرارها، سواء بتعريف الناس بالمنهج النبوي السليم في الحياة الأسرية أو في التدخل لحل المشكلات التي كادت أن تهدم كثيرا من الأسر. وختم البحث بذكر بعض النتائج والمقترحات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. This research includes a statement of the most important causes of marital disputes that may be a major cause of divorce, which has increased significantly in our contemporary time, and showed it Islam has guaranteed the family security and stability if it follows the Prophet's approach, whether in the pre-marriage or after-marriage stage, and touched on clarifying the Prophet's approach in dealing with these differences, and addressed some models in order to learn from the gift of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) the art of managing situations in which disagreement occurs, and also indicated that cooperation between spouses is a must, and that the issue is not in the existence of differences, but in how the spouses deal with them In it, the remarkable role of Al-Azhar appears, especially in the recent period, in confronting or resolving those disputes that plague the Muslim family and threaten its security and stability, whether by introducing people to the sound prophetic approach in family life or in intervening to solve problems that almost destroyed many families The research concluded by mentioning some of the findings and recommendations of the study |
