| المستخلص: | ضع هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الهيئات المرافقة الريادية في الجزائر بمختلف أشكالها وأنماطها، وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على تحليل مختلف الإحصائيات المتعلقة بهيئات المرافقة الريادية قصد الوصول إلى تقييم شامل حول أداء مختلف آليات الدعم والمرافقة الريادية بالتركيز على السنوات 2010 إلى غاية 2016، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم قدرة هيئات المرافقة الريادية على تعزيز الثقافة الريادية في المجتمع بدلالة قلة الأشخاص ذو المستوى التعليمي العالي (ليسانس، دراسات عليا)، وأظهرت النتائج أنه يقتصر دور هيئات المرافقة في الأغلب على المساعدة والدعم المالي دون التركيز على المرافقة الفنية والتكوين. وقد أوصت الدراسة وضع جميع هيئات المرافقة الريادية عند مسؤولية وزارة واحدة ليسهل تقييمها ومتابعة نشاطهم بشكل مباشر، كذلك وضع برامج وطنية تثقيفية لأهمية الريادة بشكل عام، لا سيما وضع برامج التربية الريادية والتدريب الريادي في المؤسسات التعليمية الأولى من التعليم. This study aimed to identify the most important entrepreneurial escort organizations in Algeria, in their various forms and patterns. In this study we relied on analyzing various statistics related to entrepreneurship accompaniment bodies in order to arrive at a comprehensive assessment of the performance of the various support mechanisms and accompaniment to entrepreneurship by focusing on the years 2010 to 2016.The results showed the inability of the entrepreneurial escort bodies to promote the culture of entrepreneurship in the society in reference to the lack of people with a high level of education (bachelor’s degree, postgraduate studies), and the results showed that the role of the escort bodies is mostly limited to assistance and financial support without focusing on technical accompaniment and training. The study recommended placing all entrepreneurial escort bodies under the responsibility of one ministry to facilitate their evaluation and direct follow-up of their activities, as well as the development of national educational programs for the importance of entrepreneurship in general, especially the development of entrepreneurship education and training programs in the first educational institutions of education. |
