| المستخلص: | الدراسة تندرج ضمن إطار خاص، وهذا لسببين: من الناحية الاجتماعية، أنها تعالج قضية ما فتئت تثار بين الأوساط العامة والجامعية، ويتعلق الأمر بالمدرسة، باعتبارها ركيزة تقدم الدول بما فيها الجزائر؛ من الناحية المنهجية، اعتماد الباحث على أدوات البحث الكيفي، قلما تستعمل في حقل البحث السوسيولوجي الغارق في المقاربة الكمية. نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التأثير الذي يمكن أن تلعبه القيم الثقافية، والتي من المفترض أن تكون محددا للسلوك التنظيمي لدى أساتذة ثانوية 1000 مسكن- إحدادن بجاية، ومن ثمة معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه في المردود البيداغوجي لهؤلاء الأساتذة This study fits into a particular context for two reasons: socially, it deals with an issue that has emerged in the public and university spheres, it is the school, on which depends the development of countries, including Algeria; methodologically, it has been supported by qualitative methodological tools, rarely used in sociological research, which are inundated with the quantitative approach. Our goal is to detect the influence of cultural values, assuming them to be the determinant of the organizational behavior of the 1000-Ihaddaden- Bejaia high school teachers, and to discover the role that this can play in the pedagogical performance of these teachers. La présente étude s’intitule dans un cadre particulier et ce, pour deux raisons: sur le plan social, elle traite une question qui s’est imposée dans les sphères publique et universitaire, il s’agit de l’école, à laquelle dépend le développement des pays, dont l’Algérie ; sur le plan méthodologique, elle s’est étayée des outils de méthode qualitative, employés rarement dans les recherches sociologiques, lesquelles sont inondées de l’approche quantitative. Notre objectif est de déceler l’influence des valeurs culturelles, les supposant comme étant le déterminant du comportement organisationnel des enseignants du lycée 1000 logement- Ihaddaden- Bejaia, et de découvrir ainsi le rôle que ça peut jouer dans le rendement pédagogique desdits enseignants. |
