| المستخلص: | This article aims to explore the phenomenon of SME development in the Algerian context by analyzing the factors that explain their developments. The data used is collected from a sample of 72 private SMEs. The results show that the variables relating to the entrepreneur, the company and its environment have more impact on the development of these SMEs. This contribution will make it possible to orient reflections on a set of more appropriate strategies to promote the development of these companies. Cet article vise à explorer le phénomène de développement des PME dans le contexte algérien en analysant les facteurs qui expliquent leurs développements. Les données utilisées sont collectées auprès d’un échantillon de 72 PME privées. Les résultats montrent que les variables relatives à l’entrepreneur, à l’entreprise et à son environnement ont plus d’impact sur le développement de ces PME. Cette contribution permettra d’orienter des réflexions sur un ensemble de stratégies plus adaptées pour promouvoir le développement de ces entreprises. |
