| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد كفايات التدريس والتكيف مع بيئة العمل الجامعية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتعاقدين غير الناطقين بالعربية بجامعة الحدود الشمالية ومستواها؛ وذلك من وجهة نظر كل من طلاب الجامعة، وإدارة الجامعة المتمثلة في عمداء الكليات ووكلائهم ورؤساء الأقسام العلمية، وقد اشتملت عينة البحث على (١٨٠) طالبا من طلاب الجامعة، (٤٠) من عمداء ووكلاء ورؤساء أقسام العلمية، للعام الجامعي 1440/1441 ه، طبق عليهم استبيان تقييم أداء عضو هيئة تدريس من وجهة الإدارة (العمل الإداري، العمل الأكاديمي، الصفات الشخصية، التعاون مع زملاء العمل)، بينما طبق استبيان تقييم أداء عضو هيئة تدريس في ضوء كفايات التدريس من وجهة نظر طلاب المرحلة الجامعية الأولى؛ وذلك بعد التأكد من ثباتهما وصدقهما، وتم تحديد مستوى كل كفاية كما تم حساب المؤشرات الإحصائية (المتوسط، والانحراف المعياري ومستوى الكفاية)، وقد أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى الكفايات التدريسية وهي كفايات تنفيذ التدريس والكفايات الأكاديمية وكفاية التعاون مع الزملاء حيث نت بمستوى جيد جدا أما كفايات الاتصال بالطلاب فكانت بمستوى ضعيف، بينما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع كفايات التكيف مع بيئة العمل فقد كانت جميعها بمستوى جيد جدا، وقد نوقشت النتائج وتم اقتراح التوصيات. This study aimed to evaluate the teaching competencies and adaptation skills in the university work environment of the contracted faculty members who are not speaking Arabic at the University of Northern Borders, from the viewpoint of both university students, and the university administration represented by the deans of colleges and their agents, and the research sample included (250) A student of the university students, among the deans and agents of colleges, in the academic year 1440/1441 AH, a questionnaire was applied to the evaluation of the performance of a faculty member from the administration point of view (administrative work, academic work, personal characteristics, cooperation with work colleagues), while a performance evaluation questionnaire was applied Member of the Board of Directors Q. In light of the teaching competencies from the point of view of the first university students, after confirming their stability and sincerity, and the level of each adequacy was determined as the statistical indicators (mean, standard deviation, standard error, and relative importance) were calculated. Results showed that the level of teaching competencies, which are the competencies of carrying out teaching and academic competencies, and the adequacy of cooperation with colleagues, were very good. The competencies of communication with students were weak. As the competencies of adapting to the work environment, were all very good. Results were discussed and recommendations were proposed. |
