| المستخلص: | ظهرت تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني في بداية التسعينات من القرن الماضي كأسلوب ونمط تعليمي يعتمد في أساسه على التقنيات التعليمية لتوفير بيئة تفاعلية تتيح للمتعلم استخدامها والاستفادة منها في أي وقت وفي مكان، وقد ساعدت الأزمات بصورة كبيرة في انتشار التعلم الإلكتروني ومن الأزمات التي مر بها العالم في الفترة الأخير كانت جائحة كورونا والتي كانت أرضا خصبة للاهتمام بتقنيات التعليم المختلفة، وخاصة الإلكترونية منها وذلك للتغلب على الأزمة وحل المشكلات الناجمة منها، وقد كان للتعلم الإلكتروني القدرة العالية في توفير بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية متميزة تتيح التواصل بشكل تزامني أو غير تزامني بين المعلم والمتعلم كما كان تطبيق استراتيجيات التدريس المتعددة أمرا سهلا، وكذلك تتيح تقديم محتوي تعليمي دون اللجوء إلى المقرات التعليمية وتقليل احتياجات ومتطلبات التعلم التقليدي، كما راعت الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين وأتاحت الفرصة أمام الجميع لتنمية الجوانب المهارية والجوانب المعرفية والحث على التعلم بشكل غير تقليدي، وكانت للتطبيقات الإلكترونية دورا فعلا في تطوير العمليات التعليمية لسهولة تداولها وتواجدها مع المتعلم أينما كان ومن هنا تتضح مشكلة البحث في استخدام" تطبيق one Note" في تفعيل استراتيجيات التعلم الإلكتروني لتنمية الجانب المعرفي والمهاري للطالبات في مقرر ملابس الأطفال، كما يهدف البحث إلى قياس مدي فاعلية استخدام "تطبيق one Note" في تفعيل استراتيجيات التعلم الإلكتروني، ويفرض البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الطالبات اللاتي درسن عن طريق تطبيق one Note والطالبات اللاتي درسن بالطريقة التقليدية، وتتمثل أهمية البحث المساهمة في اكتشاف طرق متعددة لرفع جودة التعليم عن بعد وخاصة في ظل الأزمات، ويتبع البحث المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي لملائمتهما للبحث ومن أهم نتائج البحث التحقق من فاعلية استخدام "تطبيق one Note " في تفعيل استراتيجيات التعلم الإلكتروني لتنمية الجانب المعرفي والجانب المهاري لدي الطالبات في مقرر ملابس الأطفال اهم التوصيات البحث عن تطبيقات متعددة للنهوض بالعملية التعليمية بما يتناسب والتحول الرقمي والتقني الحالي. E-learning techniques appeared at the beginning of the nineties of the last century as an educational method and style that relies primarily on educational technologies to provide an interactive environment that allows the learner to use and benefit from it at any time and place. The last was the Corona pandemic, which was a fertile ground for interest in various educational technologies, especially the electronic ones, in order to overcome the crisis and solve the problems arising from it. E-learning had a high ability to provide a distinct interactive learning environment that allows synchronous or asynchronous communication between the teacher and the learner, and the application of multiple teaching strategies was easy, it also allows the provision of educational content without resorting to educational premises and reduces the needs and requirements of traditional learning. It also takes into account the individual differences between learners and provided the opportunity for everyone to develop skill and knowledge aspects and encourage learning in an unconventional way, The electronic applications had a real role in the development of educational processes for their ease of circulation and presence with the learner wherever he was. Hence the problem of the research in employing the one Note application in activating e-learning strategies to develop the cognitive and skill side of the students in the children’s clothing course, and the research aims to measure the effect of using the one Note application. Note in activating e-learning strategies, The research imposes that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students who studied through the application of one Note and the students who studied in the traditional way, and the importance of the research is to contribute to the discovery of multiple ways to raise the quality of distance education, especially in light of crises search One of the most important results of the research is to verify the effect of using the one Note application in activating e-learning strategies to develop the cognitive and skill side of the students in the children’s clothing course. The most important recommendations are to search for multiple applications to advance the educational process in line with the current digital and technical transformation. |
