| المستخلص: | يتسم العالم الآن بالتغيرات المتلاحقة والتي تتطلب نوعية من الأفراد تمتلك العديد من المهارات الأساسية والضرورية للتعامل مع معطيات هذا العصر وتحدياته، غير أن طرق التعليم التقليدية الآن وحدها لم تعد كافية لتكوين جيل قادر على مجاراة العصر والألفية الثالثة التي تمتاز بتراكم المعرفة التكنولوجية، و إن تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة أسهمت في تغيير طبيعة الحياة، وأصبحت التقنية الحديثة بأشكالها المتعددة مطلبا من مطالب العصر، ويعتبر الجوال وتطبيقاته من أكثر مظاهر التكنولوجيا انتشارا في العصر الحالي لما يقدمه من خدمات متعددة، وفي عصر الحوسبة السحابية والثورة المعلوماتية الذكية كثر استخدام تطبيقات الجوال وساعد على القراءة الإلكترونية للصحف وتعليم اللغات وتدريس المقررات الدراسية وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات وانتشار المعرفة الإلكترونية وظهور أشكال جديدة من نظم التعليم والتي من بينها أنظمة التعلم عبر الجوال في أي زمان واي مكان في الوقت الحاضر. However, traditional methods of education now alone are no longer sufficient to form a generation capable of keeping pace with the times and the third millennium, which is characterized by the accumulation of technological knowledge, and that Modern information has contributed to changing the nature of life, and modern technology in its many forms has become a requirement of the times, and the mobile and its applications are considered one of the most prevalent manifestations of technology in the current era because of the multiple services it provides, and in the era of cloud computing and the smart information revolution, the use of mobile applications has increased and helped reading Electronic newspapers, language teaching, course teaching, communication and information technology, the spread of electronic knowledge and the emergence of new forms of education systems, including mobile learning systems at any time and anywhere at the present time |
