| المستخلص: | يسعى كل صانع أفلام لعرض أفلامه في دور العرض لكن الأشكال الرقابية المتعددة والمتنوعة تحول دون وصول هذا الفيلم أو ذاك للجمهور. اليوم، وبعد انتشار منصات عروض الأفلام عبر شبكة الإنترنت دون قيد أو شرط، لا تزال مؤسسات الدول تمارس فعل الرقابة على الأفلام بمنع عرضها أو بحذف لقطات ومشاهد من الأفلام فتؤثر سلبا على بناء الفيلم. استند البحث على عينات عشوائية من أفلام عربية وأجنبية بغية رصد أسباب منع عرض هذه الأفلام بينما استند البحث قصديا على عينة عربية بغية تحليل أثر مقص الرقابة على بناء الفيلم السينمائي. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي (تحليل المحتوى) كونه أكثر المناهج ملاءمة لتحقيق أهداف البحث والوصول إلى النتائج المتوخاة. وبعد تحليل عينة البحث القصدية (فيلم البريء) للمخرج عاطف الطيب، خرج الباحث بعدة نتائج تؤكد الأثر السلبي لمقص الرقابة على بناء الفيلم السينمائي في نسخة الفيلم التي تعرضت للقص ومقارنتها بين النسخة الكاملة والتي تم مشاهدتها بسبب توفرها على منصات عروض الأفلام. بالإضافة إلى خروج الباحث باستنتاجات شملت أسباب قرار منع عرض أفـلام فـي مختلف دول العالم حيث شملت عينة البحث أفلاما أنتجت بين العام ١٩٣٠ حتى العام ٢٠٢٢. Every filmmaker seeks to screen his films in theaters, but the various and varied forms of censorship prevent this or that film from reaching the audience. Today, after the unconditional spread of movie platforms on the Internet, state institutions still practice the act of film censoring by preventing their screening or by deleting clips and scenes from films, which negatively affects the construction of the film. The research was based on random samples of Arab and foreign films in order to monitor the reasons behind banning these films to be screened, while the research was intentionally based on Arab film samples in order to analyze the impact of censorship scissors on the cinematic construction of the film. The researcher used the descriptive approach (content analysis) as it is the most appropriate method to achieve the objectives of the research and reach the desired results. After analyzing the purposive samplethe movie (The Innocent 1986) by director Atef Al-Tayeb, the researcher came out with several results confirming the negative impact of the censorship scissors on the construction of the cinematic film in the version of the film that was cut it and comparing it with the full version that became available to watch it because of movie platforms. The research came out with several results confirming the negative impact of censorship scissors on the cinematic construction of the film, in addition, the researcher came up with conclusions of the reasons behind preventing films from being screened in various countries of the world, as the research samples included films produced between 1930 until 2022. |
