| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع برنامج التربية العملية لطلاب كليات التربية الفيدرالية بنيجيريا، من خلال التعرف على المشكلات التي تعوق فاعلية سير هذا البرنامج بصفة جيدة متعلقة بجميع مكونات البرنامج: إدارة الكليات، المشرفين على البرنامج من قبل إدارة الكليات، إدارة مدرسة التدريب، المعلم المتعاون، والطالب المعلم. واعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل نتائج إجابات أفراد العينة المفحوصة من خلال الاستبانة البالغ عددها 202 استبانة. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود مشكلات ذات علاقة ببعض مكونات البرنامج التي تمنع البرنامج من تحقيق أهدافه المنشودة بفعالية عالية؛ وقد قدمت الدراسة في ضوء نتائجها توصيات لتحسين برنامج التربية العلمية لطلاب كليات التربية الفيدرالية بنيجيريا. This study aimed to know the reality of the practical education program for students of the Federal Colleges of Education in Nigeria (FCE) by identifying the problems that impede the effective functioning of this program in a good way related to all components of the program: the administration of the colleges, the supervisors of the program by the administration of the colleges, the administration of the training school, the cooperating teacher, and the student teacher.The study relied on analyzing the results of the answers of the examined sample members through the questionnaire, which numbered 202 student-teachers. The results of the study revealed that there are problems related to some components of the program that prevent the program from achieving its desired goals effectively. And in light of its results, the study presented recommendations for improving the practical education program for students of the Federal Colleges of Education in Nigeria. |
